Macclesfield?
Not for me Mate.
Them lower end non-league teams must be reight hard to beat!

A big team in a big stadium on TV so we can get knocked out, pick up the cash, and spend it on a striker to keep us in the division.

I was told earlier today that the stead signing was dependent on us getting through to the next round, he wasnt in their squad today

West ham? Wednesday? Macclesfield? Nah...

I want a big team. Spurs or Liverpool would be about right.... Always a bit vulnerable for an upset but bring plenty of fans. Moyes' Man U would be a good one this season.

West Ham at the Lane.

although I suspect S.Y police will not agree with me in wanting that one. ;)

This one would even get me excited about a cup tie, and I have a Neil Warnock / Paul Lambert attitude to the cup.

As much as I want us to do well and don't want us to do to well and for all our quality players to go

Sorry just a little edit.

As much as I want us to do well, Idon't want us to do to well and for all our "quality" players to go

Good point. That was the only downside of today. We may get some bids coming in. Time for a bit of resolve from our owners eh to resist the January cash (Beattie, Blackman).

Please don't mention Paul Lambert in the same sentence as NW. Lambert is a cunt. As manager of Colchester, they won 7-1 at Norwich. Days later he was Norwich manager.
Next he jumped ship to go to Villa.

He makes Steve Bruce look loyal.

Nice to have Derby home or away for Clough. If not, West Ham, West Ham or West Ham in no particular order

dont want the pigs/maccs,hate playing the pigs.
Man utd at bdtbl would be lovely depending if the proceed.
We all know it will be Arsenal at the emirates though!

Think of the money from the gate receipts of a 750,000 gate at the Sty.

Failing that Man Utd away please!

Southend at home, Rochdale away... Failing that either Man Shitty, Liverpool or Manky Utd

Don't want a lower league side, because I don't believe it would bring the best out of our players. I'd like Manu U - at BDTBL, on telly, in front of a 32,000 crowd, because they have to put the performance in against a side down on its fortune with a supposed flukey win against PL opposition last round. The pressure is firmly on them, all ends up. I honestly believ that against a side under such pressure (such as today) such unfancied players like Flynn and Doyle will come to the fore and do well. It happened today, did it not?

No-choices are Arsenal. They would tear us to bits. Them and teams from our end of the football league who have already palyed us and would be quick to exploit our inherent weaknesses. And Macclesfield.
