Which was the match after which you really started to believe we could get promoted?
For me it was WBA at The Hawthorns, up to that point I’d hoped, but after going there and doing the business I actually thought we could achieve promotion. We were immense that night and sitting on the coach home something inside me just changed, although we still had some really difficult games ahead of us I had the confidence that this team could really do it.
I still can’t believe some of the wins we’ve had since then and the way we’ve played but sometimes dreams do come true.

Villa away: despite throwing away two points we showed that we had a pattern of play away from home that could get points at difficult grounds. It proved that our January business had given us a new depth and tactical flexability. With an horrendous run of difficult away games on the horizon, and only play off form in the pre January 'easier' away games, this was imperative. If we'd had this squad since August we'd have been toasting promotion in March or early April imo.
