Which position (on-field!) needs recruitment most now?

Perhaps if Selles picks the players for the positions they are good at, with proper tactics.
He talks a good game so far Selles as been terrible. He does not know how to motivate, come to think of it Selles does nowt.
If this carries on with bad performances, etc, how long will it take for the owners to see sense?
I would give Selles the next two games to improve. If we lose both, they have to sack him.
Before we get cut adrift, for fuck sake, we wont beat wendy at this rate.

I chose right wing but if Selles continues to not play Soumare then I'd say DCM.
