Where is he then?

What's a back spasm?

If you had one you would know what child birth and some more is like!

he was talking about 20 million.

Talk of £10-£20 million pi55es me off, oooowwwww, big money. No it's not in football terms!!! It just highlights yet again our owners don't have the resources to run a successful football club when they keep selling the family sliver to pay the lecky bill and milk man.

Get the ownership sorted and bring in the money laundering foreigners.

If we harbour any intentions of getting in the play-offs - he needs to be starting every game

Be nice to have a bit of clarity surrounding Brooks.

Think we all deserve to know whats going on.

I thought CW was quite clear in not talking about injuries & which players would be out to keep the opposition in the dark, I think this led to a couple of the younger players getting a slap on the wrist when they let stuff slip on social media?

Wilders off the hook, back to slagging the board about selling a player that hasn't been sold yet. Excellent Uniteding.

Typical McCabe lapdog Sean Thornton, defending the party line.

How do you justify Duffy being sold last month to pay the second instalment on the Desso then?

On that form Derby look like they are slipping.

How many would be prepared to put money on him being here next season ? It’s the Blades way, “speak my mind “ “ straight speaking “ Chris Wilder or no.

This is a fair point to my op.

I don't particulary think there's some conspiracy going on, just frustrated after the Leicester cameo not to see him knocking on the door yet, and hoping he's not going to turn into a crock.

He posted a picture of himself sat watching a stream of our match last night with what looked like a severely bruised ankle :(

I saw that and thought bruise, but when I zoomed in I thought he might just be really hairy. Looks bad if it's a bruise though, Robin Williams esque if it's hair.

He looks like he hasn’t hit puberty yet so you wouldn’t expect him to have the legs of Pete Sampras! Hopefully you are right but looks severely bruised to me :(

Yeah you'd think from the bits you see that he'd be like a plucked chicken but you never know, there were a couple of lads like that in PE when I was at school.

Bruise would make more sense though. Didn't even travel so must have had absolutely no chance of playing.

Perhaps I've missed some news, maybe I am ill informed.

Hence this question, where is David Brooks?

Tonsillitis, glandular fever. Comes back, looks good for half a game.

Back spasm and the he's out again. What's a back spasm? When is he gonna be back?
I suffer with back spasm if Brooks is anything like mine from time to time it's extremely painful and you really can't do anything. It's something to do with your muscles in your back. Sometimes I can literally be sat doing absolutely nothing, not even moving the slightest then all of a sudden it's like a huge warm shooting pain that goes right through my back and I'll certainly be off work for 3 days minimum. It probably happens twice a year for me.

It’s hair and a scary amount of hair. I am going to call him bigfoot from now on.

why do people question every medical condition thats diagnosed by the clubs medical staff
I take it our medical staff have english qualifications and are not Haitian voodoo doctors

If a doctor says dont play , youll get worse Id tend to adhere to those instructions , rather than play Brooks because Tom from Wyburn thinks he will all reet

That sounds similar to what I get in my lower back, 3-5 days to recover usually for me as well, with hot and cold packs on it and Naproxen. My doctor said the muscles go into spasm to protect you from summat - in my case I think it's a slipped disc that periodically plays up and presses on one of the main nerves.

In Brooksy's case if there's an underlying shoulder problem the spasms might be higher in his back.
