Now seth theres no bigger Rhian Brewster Fan than Fallowfield blade seth

But What Rhian Brewster has.

Is hamstrings made out of cheese unfortunateley

Currently doing my UEFA Physio course to go with coaching and scouting and they constantly tell you that players like rhian who rely on fast twitch fibers are far more prone to hammy injuries unfortunateley for Rhian that looks to be the case

Michael Owen case in point

Also, its a highlights package based on 20 championship, friendly and youth football matches.

Are we pretending not to have seen a striker who has terrible reading of the game in and around the box and shocking anticipation.

Can people not see how big a problem it is that he doesn't even get in goalscoring positions, he's not even missed any sitters cus he hardly ever sniffs out a chance.

He's an absolute disaster signing, why anyone would think he's suddenly going to transform and do the business in an ever improving premier league is beyond me

What’s he’s still got is ligaments made from candy floss and barley sugar bones. I hope he comes good, but I very much doubt it.

I just don't think he's very good as a footballer in a United shirt either, injuries or not.

Klopp had our kecks down. Cheers Wilder.

These are the decisions and signings that shape a clubs destiny.

£24m in a summer when Ivan Toney went for £7m and Eze went for £10m.

Again, thank christ we got promoted cus the Brewster signing could've ended up being a symbol of this club going into freefall.

We got away with one. Big time

What did Bowen go for, pretty sure we’d been looking at him too and we didn’t go for him despite his record

I don’t remember too many complaining at the time about sighing Brewster.

He came with an ability to score goals and a pedigree from Liverpool. But the timing was right for him to come into a struggling side and he looked terrible right up to the start of last season where he started to show the reasons why we signed him

Too many injuries and jury definitely out on him to produce it week in week out.

Hopefully we don’t lump too much pressure on him and we get him back fit to really show that many on here know nothing (includes myself)

Think we understandably had a great deal of trust in the management and recruitment team at the time after 4 years we couldn't have dreamed of.
As fans, we've probably learned to put far more emphasis on the fact a player has only played 20 championship games (in a winning team nonetheless) over an exciting youtube vid of a youngster from a famous football club.

Christ, just remembered how many times i must've watched that video that summer. I can't believe how bad he's ended up being

And we were right to trust that management team. We’ve got some good players still on the back of it

Brewster will come good, his attitude is right but perhaps he will run out of time to do it for us

Another hamstring injury next season and it has to be adiós.. hope it doesn't happen and he bags double figures.. someone has to or we,re down.
Do we even know whether he's fit right now + able to profit from a pre-season ?
If he gets fit & plays well & scores goals in the PL , that's nice , but the odds are long.
When he's played , he tends to look "lost" on the pitch - I don't know how you coach that out of him.
If the dodgy bits of his body succumb again , how do you say adiós to an injured player who's fitness record is an injury nightmare ? No sane manager would take him on a free.
We are stuck with him on big wages till the end of his contract.
We were absolute mugs to spend so much on a player who was not only relatively unproven , but also had a worrying injuries in his past. Clever Klopp saw daft Wilder coming.
Might as well have set £30m+ on fire if you include wages.

Ivan Toney was the one - always looked a confident goalscorer - I'll never understand why we didn't go for him - if I remember correctly , there was talk that Peterborough wanted too much 🤣 and we wouldn't pay it

The good old magic full preseason is back! I can’t think of one time it’s done anything to turn a failure into a world beater? First time for everything I suppose.

We paid young English player hype price. Which would have been palatable if he had more than 1 good season at Championship level.

If he was from anywhere else he would have been around the price we paid for Moose.
I'll point you in the direction of 3 16 year olds Chelsea paid 50m for

Like it or not, we're relying on him and Jebbison to be the pacey, powerful, goal scorers needed at PL level.

Hopefully Hecky has them wrapped in cotton-wool watching videos of Mouset from our first PL season!!

If they can play like that against Luton, Forest, Everton, Bournemouth, Fulham, Brentford - then we've got half a chance!

There’s season ending injuries by the age of 23 ?

I think it’s obvious where this is going

I think we got over excited thinking that mighty Liverpool would consider lowly us worthy of buying one of their players. We paid way over the odds, you never get a bargain from the big clubs, look at all the conditions if you want to buy from Citeh.
Have to hope and pray the Lad keeps fit and gets a run in the side. There should be more room on the field with Iliman on the field. UTB.

He will prove a few people wrong next season.
He’s needs confidence and a solid run of games. The injuries may have slowed him down or make him scared to really open it up but his ability is always going to be there. Confidence is huge, easy to lose and it takes time to return.
I reckon, injuries depending, this kid is still in there.
