I asked the box office in October when is the next cat c match?
We do not know was the reply. I did not know Oldham of all crap sides, was cat A, they really ca shed in with the casuals/one game a yr crew on Boxing day didn`t they? Rip the pockets out of the goons , they`ll never know, etc etc..but I did know, and asked box office why Oldham are cat A, which was neatly sidestepped.
Oldham are struggling and are crap, so why category A?

Because it's Boxing Day. We've played Wednesday when they've been utter dross and that's always been a Category A match. It's not always about how good the side is, it's also about when it is and who it is. In this case it was all down to the when.

fair enough but it was nothing but cashing in on boxing day...hohoho from scrooge mccabe.

I was confused by the category thing too, apparently wolves away was only worth 50 loyalty points, Bristol City was 100, yet Swindon at home was 150. Can be baffling at times

I'm not entirely sure he's actively involved in setting the ticketing categories :)

To be fair to the club, wasn't there a deal on Tranmere tickets if you bought for Oldham? If so, doesn't that give value back to the once a season visitors if they come back?

I don't know how a ticket on the Kop could ever cost £22 (Cat A price).

The prices we've been charged at away grounds are ridiculous too at this level.

£24 for Notts County away is ridiculous. Could be worse, my mums a pig fan and its costing her £29 on NYD
