I have given it some considerable thought and have decided I too should instigate legal action against WHU. I need a 'no win no fee solicitor' and then I am away. On what grounds you might be asking? Well, loss of amenity, because of their cheating I have had to watch championship football for two seasons. My claim will include the extra cost in alcohol at the increased number of championship games, an extra 4 pies at the games and associated fuel cost and mental stress caused by arguing with my wife about why it is important to attend these games. :D

Funny enough, on the main West Ham forums, this situation has been half seriously, half joked about for at least a year.

I think I might have a valid claim.

I went back to the pub after the match. Was ever so slightly upset. Then we set off to go for a curry to cheer us up. It rained and the restaurant was at the other side of town. We walked. Got soaked. Had to have a massive curry and also, caught a few sniffles from being drenched.

So mental anguish, pneumonia and the price of a curry + drinks :D

Where do i send my claim

I kicked the wall outside of BDTBL after the game against Wigan and i broke my toe.

Surely i have an outside chance of getting monies back.

I had £100 on West Ham to go down at 10-1 at the start of the season.

I believe they owe me a grand.

Eeek... I think that one ought to come out of Zola's wage right now!

Welcome to the forum :hello:

I had an a-level history exam the day after we were relegated. I was only a few marks away from full. Could i sue them for the personal grief this caused me? I mean it's pretty similar to the United situation, nearly did it, but not quite. :p

I would like to sue the shammers for mental anguish at having to put up with the retards, that they so supposedly so lovingly play for....

Either that or castrate their fanbase.
