What a turnaround

I've just looked at the squad that played Burnley in the play off final and only 3 players that started the game are still with us, 4 of the total squad that day. They are: Morgan, Montgomery, Quinn & Ward.

That's one hell of a turnaround in players in just over a year

Just seen that on Premiership Years, still can't believe we went down. Who knows what would have happened if things had panned out differently.

It speaks volumes about our daft manager that Monty and Elpiton [now supplemented by our old friend The Joke] are still at the heart of his football philosophy. Sack him now before he spoils another year of our sporting lives.

Ward didn't start he had been injured and was on the bench he came on in the second half his contribution was giving two silly hand balls away and earning a red finishing any chance of an equalizer.It might have been better if he hadn't played that day.

Morgs, Monty & Quinn started, Ward was said 4th player

Didn't word it rightmate I was pointing out that Ward was the player of the four that didn't start and his poor contribution.

Naughton and walker was props 2 best players then, who's not with us na. Killa, halford, kenny... was also good players. Shittiest play must have been Beattie then quinn.

Ward was terrible.

Worst game he's ever had for us. Hope he comes out the blocks same as last year but stays fit. I still see we'd have put 5 or 6 past the pigs if he'd not gone off injured

He's starting to look like a Michael Owen, back for 5 or 6 games then the hamstring goes again. Worrying that he's had very little game time pre-season and to me, nowhere near the same player since the Wendy game and that was 10 months ago.
