After a mediocre first half, we absolutely blew them away in the second. Clarke was unplayable!! That could have been quite easily 6 or 7 & Probably a double hattrick for Leon!

Also what about that last ditch tackle from Mr. Reliable himself, Jake Wright. Wow!!

Yeah, that first half atmosphere was unbelievable....

Flat as a pancake first half
I was watching from afar and the first half atmosphere seemed to be okay on the TV.

Obviously the second half was a little better. :D

thought we were ok first half, just took our chances second half
first time weve conceded first and won and was never in doubt , just amazing how we get better and better as our fitness tells
CW just been on he was happy with first half and no wonder ,they hit a good strike but our application was good

The proverbial game of two halves ?

We felt we were, whatever, 10-15% (?) off our usual high energy, high-press selves in the first half. But when we stepped it up in the second, we just blew them away. Hull looked solid and well-organised first half, and difficult to pass through, but only because we didn't have our foot properly down on the hammer. Second half, just absolutely fantastic, and they couldn't live with us. Again.

Magic :)

It was a bit apathetic in the crowd first half. In no way did we play badly. We were no worse than average, and still created plenty.

Second half in front of the kop was bloody tremendous. :D

Today seemed like one of those days where a draw would've been a good outcome. I would've certainly taken a point at half time. So to go on and win, and in such style, really was a fantastic bonus.

I didn't think it was a bad performance first half, just not what we have become used to, the bar has been raised again this season and we are are expecting good performances every week, thats what wilder and Knill have done for us, if that first half performance had been under adkins, remember him? It would have been applauded, I realise it wouldn't have taken much but my point is we all now expect such a high level all the time, great day though today and as someone has mentioned they were in the premier league last season, hiw far we have come is unbelievable

Fantastic 2nd half and great win. Until the 2nd went in I was really frustrated at the number of chances we were missing - including 2 or 3 sitters. Nobody in the division could have lived with us 2nd half though.

Clarke was awesome.

And great support from the fans (as usual).

First half was a bit flat, fine but no real chants or anything but I think it was a hangover from QPR, we were playing a bit off, had some chances and the crowd we're getting a bit more lively with all those corners at the end of the first half though.

Second half was just unreal in all regards.

Apologies for bringing up the subject of La Liga again but that was ridiculously easy. Its been a long time since I've seen United do a second half demolition job like that.

Very pleasing that we didn't stop at 2-1. We carried on going for it and got another 2 goals.

We didn't sit back at all and barely had to withstand any prolonged spell of pressure.

Very comfortable finish to the game. Has to be said that Hull got worse as the game went on.

This. The one thing we've perhaps failed to do on occasions under Wilder is properly put a team to the sword.
When we win, it's normally always convincing, but it was nice to make the opposition look silly like we did today.

It's what we should have probably done to Reading the other week.

I agree we haven't battered enough teams given our superiority in so many games.

We haven't even scored 5 in a league game yet. I'm thinking of packing it in if we don't manage that soon.

2-1 goal was my favourite home goal of the year. Just for how happy/mental everyone was. Celebrating the next two was more like business as usual :)

The first half was OK, we could have had two or three. Second half we upped the temp both on and off the pitch. I think the fact that we won when we were losing lifted the crowd further. We haven't done that at home since the infamous Oxford game last season.

I don't think Hull should beat themselves up too much they weren't the worst side we have seen at the lane. I thought we edged the first half and were unlucky to go in a goal down but what can you say about the second half other than superb, fantastic noise from the kop too. The lane really is a good place to be just now I can't wait for the next game to come around, loving every minute of it.

I was worried after QPR and our first half, but they came out and mowed them down. Great second half.

I am always negative in the middle of games . I can be heard muttering "Bubble has burst/How many points to stay up" in the middle of a game. Going to take a few more season of Wilder to fully get that out of my system
