Well this is one game we let get away. We do not have the equivalent of a Hulse in midfield, so if we do not give him support up front we will continue to struggle.

We cannot go into games starting so negative with the 4-5-1 formation. That game was there to be won in the 2nd half when we changed formation. Although to little to late by then plus the ref didnt help us either. Disapointing lets just hope we can get 6 points from the next 2.

i think that a combination of bad luck, poor refereeing and poor finishing was to blame for us not taking something from todays game. I am 100% behind Neil Warnock and fully believe that as he is the man that got us to the premiership, he should be given the entire season to try and keep us here.

Debate the tactics as much as you want, we will never know if playing 2 strikers from the start would have made a difference to the result today.

The aftermath of this result has brought out a wave of negatvity, i just hope that sunday morning may bring a bit of perspective and we can get bhind the lads against watford.

The west ham match is gone, what's past is prologue. Up the blades.

I will not give up on the Blades but NW is right, we don't have the horses we need. We can stop any team but getting goals is another matter. There is no way to tell which Championship players will make it. Akinbiyi and Kabba will succeed in the Championship but not in this league. Nade and Kazim-Richards are still learning their trade. We can survive with some help, but we have to accept it will likely be as the 17th team. Up the Blades!!!

What a day!

Our train was stuck outside Stevenage for nearly 2 hours, after a fatality further down the line.

We got in London at about 2.10, 2 hours behind schedule! A quick dash on the tube to the ground and we got in there about 10 minutes late.

The match was an unlucky one for us with the decisions etc. But we played some very good stuff i thought. We just need to get a bit of luck with finding the net.

Great atmosphere again by the Blades fans, lets keep it up and make the most of it.

Warnock has lost the plot, how you can defend him after his tactics so far this season is beyond me. Blind faith.

No you were probably at the Reading game.

All I have to say is that was the WORST refereeing display I have EVER seen!! When I heard Mike Riley had replaced the original referee I feared the worst and I was right.

From NWs comments ("Nade could handle 30 min.") it is clear that his tactics are driven mainly by the fact he does not have a second striker able to make a full game. Maybe its the Physios we should be encouraging.

from what i seen on tele and what ive been told by the people that went we was unlucky in second half not to get a result out of this match. we just need to get on with it and focus on watford now which is defiantly a winnable match in my opinion.

if we havent got a striker that can not play for a full 90 minutes wots the point of playing them from start so he playing the formation he got the players for. warnock got us here in the first place so we should give him a full season and we go down wiv the players we got and a new manger we should coem straight back up. yer perhaps some of our players will leave but the squad we got looks better than most in the championship.so i can see us being back here alot quiker than last time.

Well if kabba and nade can both play 45mins each then we should be ok. Just swap em over after half time.

Although i really do think the 1 striker idea is really working well.

we put the ball in the back of the net 4 times.... shame none counted. there was nothing up with kozzys goal. riley wants shooting.

good header from davis in first halh, got cleared off the line. looked much more attacking than usual and we were really going for it. if we play like that aginst watford, we will beat them. watford are kick and run.

With Watford and Charlton coming up fast we can only rely on NW to work his magic. No manager is going to reveal the real fitness/injury status of his players. Why, easy, I'll make a bet right now that within the first 20 minutes of his return somebody will take a whack at Tonge's ankle.

I genuinely can't pick one. Leigertwood had some nice touches but his inability to read play and move to the ball annoys the hell out of me. I'd like to pick one of the fullbacks as they continually surpass all expectations but to be fair they didn't have a lot to do. Quinn was good in spells, as was Gillespie but I don't think anyone deserves the MOTM award.

i thought nicky law had a great game once again and his shot in the second half deserved a goal

Nicky Law was desperately unlucky not to score, he was my MOTM. If Law can play like that I can't wait to see what young Squinny can produce in the first team.
