It's different this time around obviously but that special togetherness or spirit is back. The fans are on board again. United are back! Prince came in for a lot of criticism after relegation but we're now seeing the benefits of some of the signings not just Berge, Brewster/Bogle before injuries but the deadline day signings MGW, giving Ndaiye a contract, Ben Davies. McCabe wouldn't have sanctioned that I don't think. And whether by luck or inspiration giving Hecky the job is working out. Plus having a large squad which you need in this division. Unity.

There's a wave of blades fans getting ahead of themselves here, it's very unsettling...

There is technically one auto space up for grabs, the old boring twats like me know we've got to play out of our skin till the end to secure it..

It was always a dream for me to see us promoted at Wembley.. Its still a dream since my first playoff final against Crystal Palace.

Love the enthusiasm.. The bad start will likely end up doing us in the end, the play offs. Well we can only dream eh..

Well, true. But it's part of being a fan. The hope and enthusiasm. I'd be wary of Blackburn in the play-offs to be honest. But it's about momentum too and we've hit form at the right time. We were overrun in midfield for a long spell last night but at least Fleck has stopped giving the ball away. And we have star players in MGW, Ndiaye off the bench, Berge. Hourihane can step in. Positives. I'm not convinced by Bournemouth either.

I agree with this

The injuries and tiredness , players who will have to play out of position , lack of rotation options and our terrible start may and indeed probably will scupper us this season - deffo for top two IMO and possibly for the playoffs.

Doesn't make the optimism delusional at all - but a tad optimistic , but why not - the lads have been exceptional

We can still snatch second, it'll take absolutely legendary efforts from the players and staff, coupled with some unbelievable luck, you always need the rub of the green...

What has happened since Slav was canned is outstanding from all at the club..

Happy to ride the wave of enthusiasm, and would love to see us all, "limbs and tears" together in Wembley watching us pick the pot up.. God knows if my old heart would take the last 3 minutes.

Makes the trip to Millwall a free hit this weekend, as last night's result was epic..
