Realized it wasn't working with Fleck and boldly took him off for Burke after 30 minutes changing our system.

Then cleverly bringing on Bogle again removing our record signing amending how we play especially as being down to 10.

First 30 minutes was a disgrace, that should consign the 'old way' to history. We have something to build on now.

Get a striker coach for Burke then there's a real player there

Honestly, Duncan Ferguson has done a huge amount of work with DCL, we need someone like that for Burke

I'm trying not to look at that too much because taken in isolation thats a good solid point at Brighton having been down to ten men for most of the match. Its frustrating to have not gone 2-0 up but no one cant doubt the desire of the players with some of those blocks going in. Burke has to get a run of games now he was the difference today he gave Dunk and Wesbter something to worry about.

Any manager in league would take a point, the fact we had it in the bag until last few minutes was gutting... but much better fighting performance.
That will provide confidence moving on to next games - which is what we're in desperate need of.
