The stewards are cunts though.....and they can police a game whilst cooperating with the fans very well indeed which can’t be said of our local constabulary.
Pastry with meat in emWhat’s pies like at Preston ?
It’s Lancashire so I assume there will be the famous butter pies on sale full of slushy potato and butter, mmmm. What’s pies like at Preston ?
Yep, totally agree. Credit where it's due. Well done PNE. Mind you, they are a proper club, so i would expect nothing less from them. Any club that Alan Kelly loves, must-have something about it.
Our best regular away day.
Great away end, reasonable pricing, sensible policing, good club.
It would just be nice if we could occasionally win there.
And Ian Bryson! He referred to both clubs as propper clubs when I was fortunate enough to speak to him at the 25th anniversary of the Blades promotion dinner. That was £25 well spent, despite the crap comedian!

No mate, I think you get upto around 2,500, QPR for instance have got 908 tickets for Hull and still haven’t sold those.Tempting, although I went last year and it was a dire away day. Dull weather, ended up at one boozer along the way which was crap and then a shit game to boost. Ridiculously quiet home fans too.
Hull is one I'd rather do. Will we get a similar allocation there, I wonder?

Need a drop of Relish on them. When I enjoyed a butter pie the last time at Preston, I couldn't decided if it needed a bit of gravy or custard. Weird, but strangely nice.

Hull away was the worst experience I ever had as a travelling Blade .Tempting, although I went last year and it was a dire away day. Dull weather, ended up at one boozer along the way which was crap and then a shit game to boost. Ridiculously quiet home fans too.

It's funny, cos anyone walking down Shoreham street on match day, can get stoned(Not the getting rocks chucked at them type) just by walking past the back of the kop!Hull away was the worst experience I ever had as a travelling Blade .
When leaving the ground we got stoned ( as in having rocks chucked at us , not the other ) by a gang of youths picking up ballast from the railway track running behind the terrace we'd been standing on .
It wasn't funny ( unlike the scene from ' The Life of Brian ' ....... )
