Weird atmosphere

Yesterday was a strange game to attend.

Muted atmosphere till we scored, a bit of a celebration and then the applause of relief I think. Then another really good goal and more applause of appreciation.

It wasn't really till the third that the fans relaxed and you felt Oldham fans gave up.

A sign of how nervous our fans are I think.

Quietest we've been all season. Didn't even pipe up at the end with victory assured. I think it will take a run of wins to get back to normal again.

It was strange. Lot's of encouraging applause when we did anything half decent. Felt as though as I was cheering on a special needs child at sports day.

Previously the foot balls that bad as soon as we enter the lane we turn into zombies only to return to normality when we step out of the ground
