If we are allowed to make one more signing then it will be a new captain who is strong and influential like Dave Mackay or Trevor Hockey to replace the ineffective, characterless, one-footed Doyle. This new captain would make the team tick a lot better than anytime this year. We need a style of variety football

I went to the party with the lady in the pic. It was down in a posh bit of south London. It wasn't a particularly good party and we left early (it was one of those where as I observed a young lady being spanked I was thinking "if we beat Crawley and then get a result at Coventry, maybe it's not too late for the play offs...")

As we walked down this side road back to the car, we saw this van, which I took to be an omen that we would have beaten Crawley...

I had a dream a couple of days ago (no, not that sort of dream) that we beat Coventry 2-1
This was before Weir was pushed.
Chris Kirkland (as an ex Cov player) was there next to Jo what'sisface in goal. He was carrying a blue, white and yellow bath sheet and generally being a nuisance.
It was a major surprise that we won.

As ever. It's all total bollox but I thought it worth a mention given the recent events.
(Weir's sacking - not you witnessing a young lady being spanked that is)

I suspect the real omen is the spanking. Prior to Weir and his P45 I fully anticipated just such an event - but in football terms.
Now I think my dream is more likely.

Not my question but....

I'd love to say he played badly because that would imply that he actually had an involvement in proceedings. If he could make himself disappear that well on a stage instead of a football pitch people would pay to see it.
