At one point, we had five forwards out injured.
Against them we had one fit forward but that seems to have been overlooked

Yep they never fail to deliver TC every single time what a shower of cunts I fucking despise them.If you look in an encyclopedia under "deluded Fuckwits"..................
Majority do say that we will still be above them.
I like this selected comment from school mistress Helen Waddle,if its true.
Last season, some people on here were slagging off the Pigs, saying how badly they were going to fare in the Championship, etc. Karma being the cruel mistress that she is, they're playing well beyond what ought to be their capability - largely (I think) because of the team spirit Chris Wilder has brought to the club he's supported all his life. Couple this with the fact that Wilder is a very, very nice guy (I taught him when he was in Y10 and Y11 and he was easily the nicest kid I taught in my entire career), who can engender great loyalty to him and the club - and I wouldn't be surprised to see the Pigs go up in an automatic promotion slot. It racks me off no end.
I don't usually get too bothered about BS spouted by dickheads but this comment made me cross!
"The football gods love a bit of karma so after their glory half of this season, l expect to face them in the play off final, stuff them and totally render all of their efforts this season were for nothing."
part of the ground is Leppers LaneThey need to be introduced to leprosy the lot of em.
If we get to the play off final then we won't have gone down which is what they were all saying would happen. This is what they don't get. The karma is them spouting off and us being better than they ever imagined. We might not go up , we might not get in the play offs but it's looking likely that we will prove every one of their pre season predictions wrong.
The guy who posted that comment comes across as a Blade trying to make Owls look stupid . He often comments that we have loads of home games and we have easier fixtures.
"We’ll be above the pigs by Christmas. We’ll then be in a race to the line with the other bigger clubs (scum, Derby, Wolves, Villa, Norwich etc)"
DEE-LOO-DED

Delusional, above us by Christmas, what are they putting in the water down in S6?
Pig delusion at its best. To the half way stage ie just before Christmas, we have 2 top half sides to play, they have 5. So obviously we haven’t played anyone any good in averaging 2 points per game. There's one comment in there about how lucky we are to have all the bottom teams to play in the next 10 games - but I thought we hadn't played anyone good yet? So how can we only have the worst teams left to play?? I sniff some porky logic.
“Their run of games between now and January is unreal.
“They have got every club in the bottom third to play just about and they seem to play at home more than is earthly possible.”
This is some more of his post.
Talk about hilarious, our success is killing them and they are clutching every straw there is. They just can’t fathom what’s happened.
There was a poster who about eight games in listed every one of our victories and went to great length to explain how we’d been lucky, got lucky decisions and soft goals and everyone we played had a bad day at the office. Don’t know if he’s still at it but wouldn’t be surprised.
Obviously while all the goals we score are down to defensive errors and gifts, theirs are no such thing. Every favourable decision we get is wrong, theirs are deserved.
Can’t be arsed to actually count our home games but I dare say by the end of the season we will have played the same number as them.
Obviously the teams they’ve already played at the bottom don’t count. Tbf I suppose they’re more of rivals to them this season what with being closer to them in the league so harder games than they are for us lol.
He talks about karma, if there is such a thing we’ll be going up this season and they won’t. THAT would be karma.
but weve already played wednesdayThere's one comment in there about how lucky we are to have all the bottom teams to play in the next 10 games
The reason we have the bottom teams to play is because we have played the majority of the top teams. It's not hard to grasp. They've already played the majority of the bottom teams and won none of them .
"When Leon Clarke is scores 4 goals in one game rather than just 4 goals in one season, it’s clear that the planets have aligned for them. They’re going to stay in the top 2 and go up; the only things that could stop them is Wilder leaving (unlikely), or an injury crisis (I don’t know enough about their reserves, but not long ago I would have said their first XI is crap and they don’t stand a chance).
We will continue to to be mediocre with the odd decent result or two, and we’ll be mid table."
There's always one reasonable pig at the trough

It’s not a gift it’s more like the footballing equivalent of dementia.I kind of admire the way they just reset to blind optimism every time they win
No matter how bad they're doing or how much factual evidence points to the contrary they will always have an over exaggerated opinion of their club with no basis in reality
It's an incredible gift
