Been seeing more than a few Wednesday fans talking about being in talks with us for them to use our ground for their remaining 4 home games as their pitch is really bad and has caused a few season ending injuries, from what i've read/seen people claim that the FA have said they'd give permission should the clubs come to an agreement....

So has anyone heard owt concrete?

Hoe much would it cost them if they did?

What would your reaction be if both clubs agreed something?

Share nothing with them . What have they ever done for us , There supposedly second rate neighbours , thought by there fans and board emanating from the Eric Taylor days . Let them go elsewhere.

The ground would only be vandalised anyway. If true someone wants shooting.

I think you need REMINDING of a certain conversation that took place when the pigs dared to suggest sharing Shirecliffe with McCabe.

I believe he intimated that he told them to FUCK OFF - perhaps not quite in that sequence but it may very well have been "Hello Mr Mandaric, I believe you may be wanting to share our great training facilities up at Shirecliffe? I know you are an intelligent man, so I would like you to rearrange the following words which hopefully will give you your answer......OFF FUCK, yours, K McCabe"

I'd say yes thats fine, but your to play behind closed doors and it will cost you £25million per game but now you have the trillionaire tuna man that should be nothing.

Twats.

In the unlikely event that we would agree, having manure put on the playing surface 3 or 4 times at the end of this season would give us a healthy green pitch for next year ;)

Must have been a bad rumour started by porker as "cahoothickfuck65" can't even spell BRAMALL lane

Parkerowl :tumbleweed:

"Think it would be quite insulting from their prospective to let us just move in for abit while we make our pitch x100 times better than theirs."

I was thinking Owlerton but Don't Valley seems a much better idea.. Probably a better surface to play on too

Wendy actually play at Owlerton which was the original name of the ground. My late Wendy supporting uncle had always called it Owlerton

"The stadium was originally named Owlerton Stadium but in 1914 Owlerton became part of the parliamentary constituency of Hillsborough and the ground took on its current name." - from wikipedia

My dad still calls it Owlerton ( though it is said between clenched teeth and with a heavy accent of disgust).

As our old codger neighbour used to say, when we'd kick the ball into is garden when we were kids,

"Why don't you take your ball and go play on the M1 at Tinsley?"

For the ones who haven't been down Attercliffe recently - Don Valley is no more - just a mud heap and building site.

The new technology campus is built but the rest has been flattened ready for the Eagle's new stadia and what other grandiose scheme is planned for the site.

....and just to rub it in - yet another load of public money spent on the World STUPID games and a facility that has lasted ....how long? What a waste - trouble is, the idiots that decide these things spend money like confetti - they wouldn't do it if it was their own money.
