Please don't accuse me of exaggerating, just because you didn't hear it does not mean it didn't happen. I am just saying it as I heard when I was leaving it. They were singing it loudly and clearly as I reached the bottom of the steps.

I didn't post to be provocative, the language I used shows that. I didn't even call them pigs! I posted it because I have 2 daughters and found it completely distasteful.

Respect to Bullen's partner for speaking up. It would suggest it is not quite the non story that a couple on here are trying to make out.

I equally don't condone die piggies die or some of Tyler's vitriol. It is a game of football. I love banter between sets of fans but not when it degenerates into unqualified personal abuse or poison.

Good on you for speaking out, and if your daughters go to matches, it is to be hoped that they will see improvements. The sad news of the death of Cyrille Regis has highlighted the vile behaviour that people like him were expected to put up with, and which now thankfully has disappeared. This is partly because of law changes and policing, but mainly because the majority in a crowd would not tolerate it. Sexist abuse needs to go the same way. All people should feel comfortable in a football crowd. And more women does not mean that grounds need to be quiet and boringly respectable. I swear the beginning of my hearing problems was going to a couple of Beatles concerts in the early 60s.

I don't tend to get offended by anything and find most football "banter" laughable in the sense its fully grown men singing absolute bollocks at each other. However this shite about wilders daughter i find disgraceful it oversteps a boundary that is already very low in my opinion. To sing vile songs about a guys daughter who has absolutely nothing to do with what job her dad does and by the sounds of it is 16/17, I find deplorable. I heard it from John street and it wound me up (yes I realise thats the intention). If we ever sung anything like that I'd be embarrased and yes I did find the ched songs embarrassng.
