Jack Hudson played for both teams in their pre football league days (he did play competitive games for both in the FA Cup) and won one England Cap, so there's at least 2 players who've done this.

Nobody has said so yet but this is definitely correct. Marwood played for England in a friendly against Saudi Arabia circa 1989 which I think was his only cap.
