I don't know how many people stay over when attending away games, but I've noticed that Travelodge (needs booking by 19 Sept) and Premier Inn (needs booking by 26 Sept) both have sales on at the moment.

For the Carlisle away game (2nd January) for example, Travelodge are doing rooms for £15 per night and Premier Inn for £19. There's now one less at the Premier Inn though :)
Also, looked at Exeter away next May and again can get rooms in the area for £19.

Thought this may be of use to somebody.

Good point - something I'd threatened to do at the start of the season and haven't sorted since. I recenty had a £11.50 weekend in Cambridge thanks to Trvelodge sales. Was plaaning as such for Yeovil until they altered the KO. I need to look at the others.....

I was looking at hotels for Bournemouth last week. Cheapest I could get then was about £40 for a double room. I'll have a look again though, it may be cheaper.

We've booked Premier Inn for the night of 1st for Carlisle... likely to be back at work on 3rd.

Travelodge have just released some more rooms in their sale. Although we're overdue a fixture change :)

I use them for work a lot. (Premier Inn.) Pretty decent, better than Traveldodge. Just bear in mind those cheap prices are non-refundable (if it gets postponed)

Out of interest Alco, why did a 2 hour change in KO time at Yeovil mean that you couldn't utilise a Travelodge offer?
