Get over it, we know they're more than bang average, if Warnock wants to say otherwise, let him. he's entitled to say what he likes. It's not going to change anything.

Because his opinions are irrelevant. I didn't give a shit what Durham said, it's an opinion, whether they choose to actually take notice of how we play is up to them. If they end up looking like idiots after being proven wrong then so be it. We've got bigger issues to see to this season than worrying about what people outside of this club think about us.

Had his chance to keep us in the big time and fucked it up completely, in large part due to some of his wretched signings. So I wont pay much attention to how he rates our current players.

The game won't miss him.
 
This reaction is just what Warnock was aiming for, who cares he is yesterdays man, just not relevant to The Blades at all. He didn't make a lot of sense when he was here never mind now.

I didn't hear what Warnock said, I'm only going on the OP's comments but so what if he said that? It's pretty much true at the moment as far as I can see, In fact it's a compliment to the way I team can be fashioned from players not so highly rated by others and made better by good coaching.

The key bit "Praises Wilder and our system to high heaven"

Why does everything anyone ever says about SUFC have to be unremittingly positive? Why is there this need for validation? And why is it, that when someone says something less than complimentary - or simply perceived to be less than complimentary in this case, so many people have to get all defensive and aggressive about it?

Laugh it off like a sane person.

He also got us into the big time. I get that people can't take to him, he often comes across as arrogant, but dinosaur or not, he's a character, and football needs characters.

The wanksock that is Neil Warnock just doesn’t do irony. He’s a legend in his own lunchtime, thinking he’s a mix of Alf Ramsey, Brian Clough and God himself. Watching some of the turgid shit he turned out over the years and there was some, even watching Cardiff now and they’re boring as fuck style of play. Do me a favour, retire and spend some time rubbing Regaine onto the two areas where your eyebrows once were. Bellend.
 
Warnock's bitterness overtakes his Bladeness. Falling out with the owner and negativity towards him from sections of the fanbase will have reduced his affinity with the club significantly. Someone with a chip on the shoulder like him will always focus on the negative more than the positive. It's largely understandable, though I'd expect him to act like more of a grown up after all this time.

You've been reading too much of Pinchy 's rewriting of history.

Contrary to just about everybody's expectations, Monty stepped up and played at a consistent level not seen from him before. He had a great season and arguably had he not been injured at Villa, we might have got something there and definitely had more bite against Wigan. He wasn't a 'quality player' but he certainly wasn't at fault for our relegation.

Post a picture of a traffic cone though, if it makes you feel better.
 
He departed over 12 years ago and that is when I stopped caring about what he said. He took over when we in a lull and we had some good times under him, particularly in the championship. In my opinion he was found wanting in the premier league, with us and thy other teams he’s managed. As for his comments in the media, I really couldn’t care less.
 
Disgraceful for a manager to comment on another team’s players in that way. Then again, we already know Warnock isn’t the big Blade he claims to be. He’s like McCabe in that respect.
 



Couldn't give a shiny f##k what NW thinks. He is totally irrelevant and now a busted flush.
