Certainly not calling for his head, but what do we think about the substitutions today? Should we be looking to win it there with ten men? Or to hold on to a point and hope to nick a goal.

I think yesterday highlights a lack of flexibility in the current squad when cover is needed. I can see what Wilson was thinking with substitutions - all or nothing. It was worth the gamble but obviously didn't pay off...
