That was the figure used to calculate his fine and is the post-tax number. Gross that up and you get to about £35k. Add on a 10% rise for us staying in the PL and you get to the reported £38.5k.

If we're paying Wes Foderingham double what we pay Chris Basham then we want shooting.

If any newer players are being paid more than him then its a fucking disgrace.

If you buy a player for £20 million you know that there’s a big wage coming with that player you can understand with the big wages how relegated teams get into trouble.
