Other bits in Nevada are good. Been to Lake Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe) which is pretty cool. The state line that separates California and Nevada runs right through it, so youve got all these guesthouses, restaurants etc and then you cross the stateline and theres a casino and you can gamble!! So odd to look at. Good place to go both summer and winter to be fair
The view from the side of the lake of snow capped mountains is stunning.

Has CW gone to Vegas? Its says that he is on Football Focus tomorrow and it says that you can send in questions which would imply it's not a recorded interview

Went there for a trade show and not really my cup of tea. Stayed on the strip and was told it was a great place to visit if you like gambling, music shows or prostitutes and there was certainly plenty of all those available if you wanted it.

I went out for a meal at the Bellagio and it summed the place up for me. We ate at an Italian Tapas restaurant that doubled as a sports bar overlooking the fountain show with American soft rock playing through the speakers. If that floats your boat, then LV is probably the only place on earth where you can find it.

Lets say you want to go to a Pochahontas themed strip bar serving thai curry and fine French wine, I'm sure if you get in a cab and ask, they'll find you one.

As they say, you can't knock it until you've tried it

Did the GC helicopter too that was great, Co I went with had a Helicopter come down in the Canyon a month later, wasnt a fan of Vegas though. glad I went to tick it off, but nothing more than that. forgot how much I despise indoor smoking too, jesus that really is disgusting. There is a very good Anthony Bourdain show on Vegas, based around the old vegas wish id gone out there.
The indoor smoking shocked me too. Amazing that everywhere here was like that not long ago.
The helicopter trip was amazing I have to say. Like others not a gambler but the shows are great.
Suspend reality when you go and it’s ok but not sure if I’d go back.

Probably be said before but really feel for Cranie, did fook all wrong this season and he’s been canned, hope he find a new club soon, and mistake in my opinion to let him go.
He made a school boy error with his trousers when he was on stage...

Obviously never been to Hull then
Had my best away day for many years in Hull a few weeks ago.

Came home the morning after the game knowing that we were going up automatically.

Celebrated Leeds loss to Brentford with the locals so won't hear a word said against the place.

Wash your mouth out sir.

I see Hendo is out there even though is loan has now officially finished, and it seems that Leon is out there as well as he is now back at the Lane following the end of his loan at Wigan.

Does anyone know if the other Loan players have gone to LV too ? Im talking about Hogan, Madine, Dowell, Johnson etc, ot have they all gone back to their parent clubs? If they have all gone back to their clubs and not travelled, why has Hendo? Is there a reason why hes gone and not the others...?

Always fancied Vegas but I can imagine it's the place where you go full of excitement only to leave thinking it's a tad overhyped and very tacky.

Been loads of times on business (20+) since the mid 90's. It used to be cheap, cheerful and cheesy, and now it is all up-market restaurants and some of the best rated clubs in the world (not that I am one for clubbing). If you time it right you can get a fantastic hotel room for next to nothing and have a few fun-filled days.

I don't gamble, apart from getting rid of loose change in the slots, but watching people play is interesting.

It is the middle of a desert, very dry, so the best tip for the first time visitor, is make sure you have a bottle of water with you, and one of those lip balm things.

Another tip, most bars in casino's never close, so no need to rush your drinks!

When I went to Tahoe, with the family (won a family holiday in a pool playing contest in San Jose, seriously), I went down to the lake and had a picture taken where Al Pacino had the final shot taken in Godfather 2.

There’s nothing stopping players going away with their mates during the mid season break. These guys are paid well and can afford to splash a bit on a lads holiday. The premier season isn’t over quite yet, so some lads may be back at their home clubs unless of course they already know they will be back with us next season. I don’t expect to see those 4 back here, but they could have gone to LV if they really wanted to, maybe?

Dowell couldn't get anyone to cover his paper round.

The trip's most likely been paid for by the club. It's a reward for the playing staff so obviously the loan players will have been invited.
