In the biggest games, I always felt we lost the midfield battle and he has a quieter game.

Burnley, Leeds and Sunderland all had that area of the park against us... Peck would try his hardest but probably not at the level at the time, and Arblaster - as much as I rate him - also struggled to dominate against the better sides.

He was a man mountain at times, in the Championship.

As has been said, the epitome of not quite good enough for the top flight, but very good for the Champ.
