Having 50k followers doesn’t make it true. Why would Wilder sell a midfielder when we’ve got nobody fit apart from Peck and Blacker!?!?
Well he's not going to sell him before tomorrow. But there's no smoke with out fire and it might be if we can get players in and Palmeiras give us a proper offer that he'll be offski

He was far from out of his depth. He was the only player in our squad who you could pass the ball to with a couple of players around him and pretty much guarantee he wouldn’t lose possession. Yes, his performances dropped off once the rest of the team had fully packed in, but whose wouldn’t? In a proper Premier League team he’d be more than comfortable.
Give over man, he was absolutely awful last season.

He said only last week that he's not interested in a team of international players....
Not wanting a team of international players is very different to not wanting to sign ANY foreigners though. Must be a right pain in the arse at half time when you want to get a clear message across to a team with 7 or 8 different nationalities.

Reminds me of the KitKat commercial...

25-30 million. 2.5 years on his contract, good age with many outstanding performances this season. He should've knuckled down last season (he had about half a dozen outstanding performances) and this would be a non issue as he'd already have moved on. He let himself down last season.

As did most of the team...if not all.

I think a lot of them were out of their depth, even if they didn't give 100%. I think Vini had the ability, but he spat his dummy out rather than making himself the best player in a shit team. If he did that he'd have moved in the summer, imo, so ultimately it was self defeating. There's always something to play for.

Players sometimes forget that the only person in charge of their career is themselves and it is NEVER a good idea to down tools

Not a chance we will let Vini go (or with an adequate replacement) after spending £10m on a striker!

Let’s get real here !

Make Souza captain, you can see the lads look up to him and so do supporters, get some fire in to em

Well with Blaster out, and assuming Robbo will be back on the bench by the end of the window, Vinni is next in line for the armband in the starting 11.

It has suited him when he wore it previously.
