Cheers captain interesting revue difficult to disagree with most of it, slumming in the copthorne eh, seems a good lad does Benjamin.

This is already posted somewhere chap.

He does really good previews and reviews of the Championship and knows his stuff. Always objective and fair.

I found his comments regarding the negative impact bringing Norwood in may have had on Fleck very interesting. Anybody else agree with that point?

This guy supports Ipswich and does excellent reports on loads of games, always very well presented and worth watching

Not at all, if anything, I think having Norwood in the team makes Fleck play better as anyone who saw us play Villa should agree.
Prior to Norwood signing, I think Fleck struggled as he seemed to be picking up the things that Evans and Lunny weren't very good at.

Think you have to factor in that Bloom will probably be basing Fleck’s standard involvement previously on the Ipswich games last season. Coutts didn’t play in either – think he had a knock or suspension for the Lane visit, and was injured by the time of the return. In those games Fleck almost certainly would have been the prominent midfielder rather than the partnership role he had with Coutts. Norwood’s arrival has simply seen Fleck revert back to that type of partnership role.

A view of the Stoke game from a neutral perspective, for those interested.

Good assessment but even I called the free kick goal from stoke,it wasn’t clever as Mr Bloom says but an open invitation to shoot.

I still don't think it has been a negative impact, quite the contrary in fact.

Good assessment as always from B.B. always found him honest and with decent analysis

Interesting query about Fleck also a different perspective to some on Leon’s first half miss

I asked it in the last thread and I'll ask it in this. Is Avril Lavigne a decent lay?

Actually I do agree don't think flecks reached the standards he set himself last season not knocking his performances he's been pretty good but there's more in his tank imo

Yeah but the question posed was "is that linked to Norwood"? The answer to that quesiton is a resounding "no". Fleck next to Lundstram/Evans versus Fleck next to Norwood... Fleck has always been a player that starts a wee bit slower than others, but I personally feel he's been one of our better players all season.
