The POF was a traumatic experience for me. I was very near the front and gave Hopkin quite a lot of stick due to the colour of his hair.
No. But I don't remember us dragging a load of gingers from Africa to work on our cotton plantations or ever seeing signs saying 'no dogs, no blacks, no Irish, no ginners'Here we go again with the gingerist bollocks.
Did you give Dean Gordon and Bruce Dyer quite a lot of stick due to the colour of their skin?
Well next time my lad comes home from school after getting in trouble for chinning the kid who picked on him for being ginger I'll be sure to bring up your story to make him feel better about itNo. But I don't remember us dragging a load of gingers from Africa to work on our cotton plantations or ever seeing signs saying 'no dogs, no blacks, no Irish, no ginners'
I do remember getting quite a lot of stick for being quite small as a kid but I didn't accuse anyone of racism over it. Not even the ginger cunt who used to call me 'dwarf'.
Does that happen a lot? I always found that bullies preferred to pick on small kids because they think they won't fight back.Well next time my lad comes home from school after getting in trouble for chinning the kid who picked on him for being ginger I'll be sure to bring up your story to make him feel better about it
Unfortunately it does happen a lot yes.Does that happen a lot? I always found that bullies preferred to pick on small kids because they think they won't fight back.
Tbf, it was twenty years ago and I was abusing an adult, who played for the opposition. I wouldn't do it now and I've never shouted abuse at someone with ginger hair in the street or anything. I was just telling a story (true) to deflect from forgetting about Kendall.
Sorry if your kid's having a hard time at school, and good on him for sticking up for himself.
Fucking hell, that's shocking. I thought schools took more of a stand against bullying these days, apparently not (although I realise they'll always be limits to what they can do). Realising there are some proper wankers in life is part of growing up but no kid should have to deal with that.Unfortunately it does happen a lot yes.
He's not having too hard a time (thanks for asking) cos he's a fiery little twat (in the genes apparently) but if its not nipped in the bud others join in.
I've heard stories of other parents of ginger kids cradling their crying kids to sleep after they've been physically and mentally abused all day
Schools thankfully do take a firm stance on anything like this nowadays. When they find out. Often, the abused kids are reluctant to speak out for fear of the abuse getting worseFucking hell, that's shocking. Not at all, you just went off on one of your McCabe out rants, not sure why...Thought the input was clear.

I know you don't and neither do I (not for about 4 years anyway) which was why I suggested you'd started it.Well it wasn't a McCabe out rant* but the point was I don't see how anyone could claim from the clip St Kevin was showing he thought he'd paid too much.
I don't actually do McCabe out rants in any case.![]()

If you can offer a plausible reason why Kevin McCabe in an interview about Wilder's new contract would call him a lucky lad, I'd be happy to hear it. (And I won't accept he saw a black cat walk across his path).
A piggie has just been on saying 'I don't want to upset Blades fans, but Chris Wilder is definitely going to Everton.'
Wishful thinking, you pigs. Remind me. Where is the queue looking to take Carvalhal on? Or any Wendy players? Where is your Brooks? Coutts? Duffy? Who would want any of your overpaid has-beens?
Face it. You've had five years to overtake the Blades and are shitting it that we have overtaken you - in league position, crowds and status.
The Blades are back.
Market Values:
Blades 11.03 million Euros
Leeds 43.9 million Euros
Owls 62.48 million Euros
So Wednesday are worth more than United and Leeds put together, according to TansferMarkt.
I'd say Carlos was under considerable pressure having seen those figures.
And will said black cats be counted in the attendance we really need to know.....if there let in on match days.I thought it was just a joke. He's not known as a comedic genius so maybe others saw it differently but that's how I saw it. No negative or financial element at all for me.
Are black cats allowed in the ground on non match days though?
