You make a valid point although having your kneecap smashed to the back of your leg is a different consideration from the supposed clean leg break we've been told about. I suspect the problem will be more mental than physical once he gets back onto the field. We don't have a natural replacement for him and should be planning for that in the JTW if he is struggling. Finances permitting it would have been useful to have had that replacement at the Club now. He's called Ryan Woods and he plays for Brentford.
