Collins is the only fully fit CB we have if Edgar is out, and we're on about 'the right player'.
Surely a big CB on a months loan can't hurt, Nige? Must be someone out there not getting a game?
It definitely ain't Nige.
The people above aren't giving him the funds yet he'll be the one picking up the slack.
. One fit CB at the club and the loanee you've brought in isn't even training. The board must see this.
Think the board see what the feck they like at times. It's clear to all that he's working with his hands tied, but needs must. One fit CB at the club and the loanee you've brought in isn't even training. The board must see this.
Our defenders couldn't mark a tea trolley, never mind push one.At this rate one of our CB's will be pushin a fekin tea trolleyView attachment 13983
How, by NHS transfer?Offloading some of our dead weight might actually help us sign someone new.
How, by NHS transfer?
We should just have them put down but I don't think you can do that post-Bosman.How, by NHS transfer?
Because that would be perceived as criticising his employers in public. Why doesn't he come out and say we've no money to bring new players on loan
We just have to find a hospital to transfer them to.
Because it might not be the case. Sorry wrong agenda. Apologies. Why doesn't he come out and say we've no money to bring new players on loan
Yet more evidence that our Board doesn't give a toss. I had thought things would be better when the Prince came on board but I've spent more in the club shop than he has invested.
I'd guess the assessment 'up til Christmas' was how long it will take until he's properly match fit. It probably took into account that he would have some kind of setback along the way.It looks like we tried to rush Brayford back. Yet another fuck up from the club, when will we learn.
When the first assesment was that he was out until atleast Christmas and he's trying to play at the end of November/start of October, then that has to be questioned when he cost us well over a million quid and our manager was a physio, what the fuck is happening at our club regarding injuries, we seem to have loads in recent times?

Serious injury being the key words. You rarely, if ever see a player come back from injury 2 to 3 months before the estimated time.I'd guess the assessment 'up til Christmas' was how long it will take until he's properly match fit. I can't imagine we'd be forcing him to play, I suspect he was desperate to and said he was ready for a try out. If you're going to have a go at anyone, it should be Brayford himself.
Or rather than look to blame someone accept that players coming back from serious injuries often have set backs. It's par for the course and is almost an inevitable part of recovery. You can have all the scans and tests available but nothing can simulate game time.
So Brayford declares himself fit, Adkins says 'have a run out in the u21s soft as shit league and if you feel anything stop immediately', Brayford does that, exactly that, but someone's at fault?Serious injury being the key words. The manager picks the team, not Brayford so i'm not going to blame him. Just the same as i don't blame any shite player we've had who end up getting picked by the manager, the book stops with him unfortunately.
