Football heaven - condescending to new levels

I think they do a decent job. I think Wednesday’s manager and team are getting a pass because of what’s happening off the field, something I have never seen before. We were similarly hampered in the Premier League (unable or unwilling to compete in the market well enough to stay up), but the players and manager were still called out when the performances were poor. That should still be happening with Wednesday. They have enough senior players who would see themselves as at least Championship level, and a manager paid to get the best from them, so why aren’t we hearing them being taken to task?

Because big gob Staton is all Pigs

Are people really that bothered .

Local radio stations like local newspapers are as irrelevant as their views , presenters or allegiances.

The star was where you used to get blades news , reports , - The green un fastest for results and local leagues ..Last century !

Radio Sheffield provided great commentary you could get elsewhere , now people can pretty much watch any match they choose .

Both now look or sound like a parody , the callers to FH you couldn't make up if you tried .

I couldn't care less if the presenters painted themselves blue and white and tattooed WAWAW on their foreheads .

They are the last Japanese soldier broadcasting in an echo chamber .

I still listen to the commentaries when we are on. For me, all involved do a good job, although some of Rob’s saltiness can be a bit irritating. But he does a decent job on comms as do Adam Oxley and Andy Giddings.

I never listen to the phone ins to be honest. What I wouldn’t mind seeing is a feature on the local non league scene. I’d rather listen to that than the latest rantings of Mayor Pissyjoggers.

I don’t care which team they support, any office or work place has a mix of supporters

It's just the way they speak to people especially rob staton. It's his view and nobody else , talks down to people and comes across rude

Unfortunately some of us do more research than your ‘journalists’.

The match day comms, as l’ve said many times, are good, whoever is the lead. Deffo no bias from Rob either. But match day is 100% about the team.

For me the problem is they've lost perspective. As hosts they aren't there to argue their opinions, they are their to play devil's advocate to whoever calls in.

If they think, for example, that bringing Wilder back is a good idea, they should challenge a caller who rings up saying it's great Wilder is back as much as one who rings in saying it's a bad idea.

I don't think they are biased towards a particular team, I think they are biased towards their own opinions.
Paul walker used to do this all the time and gids does it and staton does sometimes

I'm more concerned that you're associating with someone called Dirk Van Diggler.
An old uni mate from Netherlands who was popular with the ladies. One lass who had taken part in sexual relations with him told me his phallus was like a rolling pin double wrapped in cotton wool.
