I'm glad there are others who are fans of Undr The Cosh. I've been listening to them for a few months and signed up for the Patreon.

It has improved over time, the research they have done in to the players they are interviewing has increased over time, and each one of the hosts asks different types of question. Jon Parkin the more laddish questions, Chris Brown the ex Sunderland player is a bit more probing, and Chris Brown the comedian just knits it all together.

Morgs would've had to have been the central CB though, can't imagine him running the length of the pitch and back for 90 mins 🤣

Maybe Killa could've made a pretty good RCB as he was a bit pacy for a CB.

Killa was left footed. I reckon Wilders back 3 would be Walker, Morgan and Killa with Naughton and Armstrong as wing backs.

We have got 500 points

Given me a laugh and made me smile just thinking about it would have only last half a match doing what Basham and O Connell do 🤣 Killa would would have been good in the O Connell role though i reckon.

McBurnie is our Hulse this season and Mousett is the closest thing we have had to Colin Kazim Richards the last real flair player we had.

And if my memory serves me right it was Blackwell that passed up the opportunity to sign Nathan Dyer for 500k 😩

That is debatable.

Considering getting tickets for the live show at City Hall in Feb.

Would imagine there will be a representative from both United and Wednesday.

The Carl Ikeme one is also good on the Patreon subscription. Seems like the most chilled out man in football!

Agree, there was a point, where it was getting a bit boring but they have certainly developed and had some good guests on. Certainly a podcast that is worth listening to and there is plenty of interest for Blades fans

The latest one of these with Si Ferry is worth a listen.

Paulo Di Canio chasing Leon Clarke around the dressing room . :D:D.

Whilst the guy was funny, it just shows that a good percentage of footballers don’t give a shit about the club or the fans they play for. The story about Di Canio leaving when Swindon were top with 12 games to go. Players talked Darren Ward and someone else into taking over, promised they wouldn’t go out and then spent the next 2 days on the piss and ended up finishing 4th.

The guests have been consistently good. Sadly, the worst guest has probably been Deano because he didn't have any "lads, lads, lads" stories, he was too straight and they don't have the nous to tease stories out of people who aren't willing to give them up freely.

Parkin and the gremlin still piss me off but they've got better.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they actually dropped Parkin, but maybe that might ruin the balance of the show, but his contribution diminishes by the week.

Parkin made a comment in the recent one about “how much gear did you take” to which their was an awkward silence for a moment and a look from Brown as if to say you shouldn’t have said that.

Just watched the Alex Bruce episode, came across well and had a solid career. Didn't realise he walked out of a medical with us to sign for Leeds under Blackwell. Basically put it down to Blackwell not being around when he signing. They seemed in agreement that he dodged a bullet.

Some great stories from ex blade Steven Davies. I Used to think Clough was a cock but he seems a players favourite..

Looks like he's on the Steve Bruce diet since retirement. He was a big lad when he was training every day though.

I've enjoyed a lot of the patreon ones recently but my favourite was the Martin Allen 2 parter, mental that bloke.

I enjoyed the Martin Allen one once I got used to what a weirdo he is man.

Funny, I have literally just finished listening to part 2. I did not have high expectations but it was really good (albeit he says nothing about his time with us).

Yeah was gutted no mentions about us, but suppose wasnt here long enough..

Interesting he said in the first one that he thinks Clough probably picked up a lot of traits from his dad. Especially that story about the family fun day.

Anyone who comes on with any Brian Clough stories in future will have to go some to better Shithouse, mind you.

I think the three hosts are poor, really poor. Parkin doesn't say too much and when he does its never anything interesting or the right question to the chat, Brown the ex player says even less and don't know why he is on there. Brown the comedian, comedian? I had never heard of him before the podcast and he certainly is no comedian or even the slightest bit funny but he does keep it ticking over. There is plenty of awkward silences with the hosts not knowing what to say and Parkin and Brown will both reach for their drinks at the same time as they are stuck, Brown the comedian will then come up with a question to save them. Really poor all three of them.

That being said its all about the guests and their stories and they have had on some very good guests with some cracking stories tbf, just wish the hosts had a bit more charisma about them because they are as dull as dish water.

Brown the footballer is a waste of space on this, barely asks any questions. Parkin only talks when he can talk about himself but does ask the odd decent question.

It could easily just be the baldy Brown and Parkin this podcast.
