Nixon linking Kyron Gordon to Newport it’ll be nice if he gets an EFL move

Good luck to him.

I thought he might fancy Bradford and play with his brother.

I can confirm negotiations are ongoing (slightly ITK)
Any updates on Kyron? I cant see he's signed with anyone yet, which surprises me as he showed a lot of potential not long ago. Same with Joe Starbuck.

Better second half where it was one way traffic, but nevertheless a poor performance. WBA may have been the tallest youth side I've ever seen, but they weren't very good.

Blades lacked creativity and quality going forward. They do play it backwards a lot. There were a number of times where our players had a chance to turn on the ball and run at them, but they seemed to prefer playing it back to the centre halves again and again, which meant WBA got men behind the ball and were pretty comfortable. We need players who have the guts and ability to try difficult things, not just keep moves going. The likes of Arblaster and Marsh are big misses for this team.

The first teamers probably were more bothered about it being a work out, and that can affect games like these.

Gomis and Sekiri both 21, can't see them making it here.
A few years ago Gomis looked really promising and played a similar style to O'Connell. He's really gone backwards and struggled again tonight.

Seriki is a great athlete, but may not have enough about his game to play at the highest level.

Is it too dramatic to suggest they are missing Marsh?

If you think - Archer, McBurnie, Traore, Brewster, Osula, Jebbison, Marsh - all now deemed past the u23 team. So it’s the club’s 8th and 9th striker choices leading the line.

It is bound to impact performance.

Hopefully this means some of the lads are now playing well above their age range to enhance their development. Without Marsh, it’s time for someone to step forward. Who will it be?

Machedo got the nod to step up from the bench. He’s another street baller type it’ll be interesting to see how he takes to the 21’s

There's only one it could be.
