Hopefully he has a picture for his instagram page outside BDTBL and he cracks a smile on this one.

I would love our local media to grab him for a chat whilst he's here + ask him why he took the decision to distanced himself from the public face of the Club in that weird press conference 12 months ago , when previously he'd been so content as our figurehead.
Even bringing his daughter & son-in-law over to fill significant roles.
Then ask him how he's doing with the sale of all or part of the club.
And whether this has been prompted by the Newcastle United deal.
Does he see any negative ramifications of that deal for us ?
In terms of finding Saudi colleagues to invest in us ?
If we are near the top on 1st Jan , will he resist offers for our best players ?
If we need to strengthen to achieve PL , will he find the cash ?

Not sure it warranted the clickbait thread title
I don’t think it’s a clickbait title. It doesn’t intentionally hide a key detail to make you click on it to reveal all

A clickbait title would have been “you’ll never guess who is planning to be in attendance at the game on Tuesday night”

More Saudi owned teams in prem is good news for Saudis. There's no way we are competing with the richest club in the world if we got any more investment anyhow.
If that's correct , why doesn't the Prince ask the SIF (PIF) for a bit of help in January ?
Maybe dem Barcodes could give us a refund on Clark + send us as replacement that stays fit ?

Good to hear and overdue. Maybe just maybe the local hacks can get an interview out of him. Here's a few questions of my own;

1. What is the plan for SUFC, not United World, moving forward. Will we retain our identity as a separate club and not be consumed under a UW banner for all things? What are the short term tangible benefits now for SUFC in remaining part of UW?

2. Are we still up for sale. If so why? Is it a failure to attract investors, time for PA to move on and make a return on the Club or has he reconsidered in the light of PH's current success. Can PA take the opportunity to dispel the rumour that he is having to step down because of Saudi involvement in the bar codes.

3. PA and the Board are to be congratulated on the appointment of PH and team and the support in the last transfer window. Yet should the Club achieve promotion to the EPL this season shouldn't that be the time to reconsider the UW model. SUFC is and will be the premier club in the UW structure by some considerable distance. Shouldn't the Clubs infrastructure be adapted to that befitting of an EPL club. Namely a management structure in Sheffield that supports the football side in terms of investment and recruitment strategy. A Director of Football responsible for recruitment and investment as a minimum.

4. The biggest obstacle to the Club progressing is the sub standard training and medical support facilities. The injury list for the last 12 months is testament to a failure to upgrade this key area. Will this be addressed immediately in the event we achieve promotion?

5. Have we revised plans in view of the good start? Will we be reverting back to Berge's buy out clause value of £35m rather than trying to flog him for £10m less. In other words are we sticking or twisting and not attempting to de rail our promotion charge by retaining not selling assets in the JTW.

6. What is currently driving the decisions around renewal of player contracts? Will PH's views be taken into account or is a potential fall in revenue the overall driver?

7. Logically there will be 2 plans in place one for the EPL and one staying in the EFL. Plan A for the EPL surely has to now include future partnerships and investment in addition to just relying on TV money alone as we were unable to compete financially last time. Can we have an honest assessment of Plan B if we fail to go up. Will there be a fire sale of assets?

8. Is PA's heart still in SUFC or has he realised he has taken us as far as he can and its time to pass the baton on to someone with the financial fire power to help us consolidate in the EPL. Preferably someone who can prove they have the funds to do this, not Mr Mauriss.
Good luck wi' that

Fair enough its just very long and makes the ensuing post superfluous but there isn't a sound bite for that

I’ve heard he has come to ask Billy if he fancy’s a year at Beershot as player manager. That or he’s gunna serve pies and pints at half time cuz no other fucker manages to get it reyt.

I can answer all them questions for you.

1: I choose to be less visible due to business and commitments abroad, however I’ve still been as committed watching all our matches and having regular communication with the board and the manager.
2: Sale still on going, there has been several enquiries showing serious interest so it’s positive however there’s no timescale
3: Newcastle United have zero bearing what happens at Sheff Utd
4: There’s no negative ramifications in finding colleagues to invest
5: My record shows I have consistently done what is best for Sheffield United football club and this will continue.
Regards resisting offers there very few clubs in world football that can give a gaurantee to resist offers.
We have players who have contractual release clauses, however after having discussions with the manager
if any player is sold we will ensure there is a suitable replacement. Transfer deals will only be agreed if they benefit the club,
6: We all want to return to the PL so of course I’ll have my mid season meeting with Paul and will do what ever is required to regain promotion this season within a sensible financial framework.

Basically all none answers and nothing controversial.

Royalty?! Best get the best chip forks out. Anyone know the Saudi anthem?

Good questions, I’d like some answers myself.however I can imagine him giving the following replies, again all pretty vague sensible replies not giving much away.

2: Yes we’re still up for sale because it requires massive investment to show ambition in the PL.
Obviously he’s never going to admit any influence regards Newcastle, so he’ll totally deny that’s the reason he‘s selling and no one will ever know the truth.

4: Paul has already explained that the training ground is his priority so improvements have been agreed even if we stay in the Champiomship.

5: All transfer decisions are made after consulting the manager Paul.
We will always do what is best for Sheffield United and we will always ensure replacements are in place to ensure sales don’t weaken our chance of promotion.

6: Paul’s opinions are always taken into account however the reality is there‘s a massive difference in finances comparing a PL club to a Championship club.
So naturally we aren’t in a position to finalise certain contracts if we don’t know what our budget will be next season.

7: Agree, which ever division we are in next season, we are in discussions to either bring in additional investment or to sell the club.
If we fail to gain promotion our budget drops again substantially so in order to meet the Profit & Sustainability rules then unfortunately we may be forced to sell some of the players who can attract the biggest transfer fee or who are the highest earners.
Notice he said “may“ sell not “will“ sell, again standard politicians talk mainly conjecture and nothing certain.

8: I’ve made no secret that I’m trying to sell the club but I can assure you that until it’s sold my heart is still 100% in this club. I always say judge me on my actions not my words and my actions show I’ve always been ambitious paying 110 million on transfer fees over 2 seasons.
I’ve always done what is best for SUFC and I can assure the fans this will continue.

Meeting Mauriss round at the burger van to talk about buying the club.

I can’t make it so maybe he’ll sit in my seat and join in with the bantz with the opposition subs as they warm up - my advice, make sure you bring some sweets.

The years the prince has been involved have been fantastic, multiple promotion’s, transfer records smashed time and again… I don’t think he’s done much wrong in his tenure and actually worry about what happens once we’re sold, with a little asset stripping here and there we could so easily become a league one club in the wrong hands.

But with a chunk of investment we could get established in the PL!

He'll be doing a royal visit to kurdistan for a shwarma.
