Went to the game last night, I noticed some trouble in the crowd in our away end and 2 lads ending up getting escorted out by 4 police officers.

What happened? It’s not like us to cause trouble and whatever those 2 lads did I am glad that they were removed as we aren’t like that.

Though the atmosphere was really good and away end was packed which is really impressive given Christmas has just been so everyone’s skint and New Year is in a few days. Fair play Blades good 3 points and onto Leicester on Thursday.

Every club has its wrong uns including us.

Was it in the first half and right at the back? Two able-bodied lads in the ambulant area looked to be kicking off with someone in front of them in the back row. It took everything I've got not to shout "TIMMMEEEEHHHH"

It was two sailors kicking off. Apparently, ordinary seaman John Blake claimed that all apples have pips, whereas his colleague, able seaman Richard Cartwright, was adamant that no apple is pipped. Tragic really that such a thing should come to blows between chums.
I’ve definitely seen apples with pips, but I’ve definitely seen them without pips. So there’s your answer. Some do, some don’t, but, you know, don’t be afraid to ask!

It was the same area the smoke bomb went off after the 2nd goal. They could have reviewed the CCTV and gone and got them.

There was no trouble that I saw and I am putting 2 and 2 together so could be wrong.

Yeah, looked like a father and son and was definitely for the smoke bomb. Was quite amusing to see the stewards and police planning and executing an 8 man snatch squad, only for a bloke with a hot chocolate and a young lad with a pepsi max to be led down the stairs.

Coked up from what I read on here.

They threw a flare when we scored and were removed. It was behind us.

If a flare was thrown, let’s just say the older fella who took custody of it was quite happy to do so, before the neon crew arrived

Always been feisty at stoke especially clockwork orange days
I remember in 2007 for some reason the fixture was selected as a Sky one and was an evening kick off, Blades fans fighting blades fans, literally rolling down the seats and the steps. Then they brought in a copper with a camera and a load of Stewards, from memory that was "young BBC" vs "the OG BBC" probably in a book somewhere now haha

We were hurdeling in a graveyard one season in 70's. Next time I went probably season after we were lined up outside railway station with a row of coppers in front of us and as the stoke fans walked past they we throwing punches in between coppers heads whilst coppers laughed.

yeah can remember going on the open end opposite bootham in 72 when stoke paraded league cup we drew 2 - 2 but got scary when about 100 stoke fans came on the end led by a big guy with red curly hair think he was the main man from the bootham end

Did anyone get kidney punched? If not, why not?
