Maybe, however I do know that Corruthers and to a a degree O'Shea are far better players with more heart than Coutts as we shall see in the next few weeks.
Carruthers showed more attacking intent in the 15 minutes he was on the pitch than Coutts in the whole of the recent 4 matches I've seen. Would far rather see Samir and O'Shea in our team and Coutts on his bike. Negative Coutts in the Championship....some are having a laugh imo.

Until Long's contract expires or unless we pay him off who on Earth is going to want him?

Fred Karno is no longer in business as far as I am aware.

Fred Karno's Circus has been reinvented for the 21st Century. Coming soon to a town near you...................

The Invisible Twat - marvel as the amazing Dean goes about his "unseen" work.

The Bellend Brothers - our resident Clown acts, Che & Mark present for your delight and delectation, their hilarious impressions of Professional Footballers.

Nigel and his Performing Geese - A beautifully baffling homage to Swan Lake.

Connors House of Flying Daggers - our lovely assistant Sam / Samantha is strapped to a rotating board and Connor attempts to hit the board with his knives.

To roughly quote Wilder's recent interview.......

"I think 5 strikers is a healthy amount of strikers to have at the club...... We've got Billy, Leon, Lavery, McNulty and hopefully before Tuesday Hanson as well. We are entering the business end of the season now and injuries do happen. If one or two get injured then we have plenty of back up and with two on the pitch and two on the bench, it makes perfect sense".

This is why I don't see McNulty going anywhere!

Don't forget the magical Trapeze artists, Paddy and Jose, both flying as high as a kite.

Long - not playing games, not going to, time to go.

Reed - really needs a loan move.

O'Connell - I just think it'd be wise to move him on at this stage.

Basham - as above.

Hussey - Done ahead of him at LWB. Says it all.

McNulty - if it's possible? Not needed if we're keeping Clarke.

Fleck - "too small", we can't keep carrying him.

Duffy - we need someone who gets on the ball less and hides more. He's blocking Scougall's route into the team.

Brooks - could do with a loan move.

Wright - at "37" he is just too old.

Oooh just over 24 hours ago, where he was equally as culpable for their second goal as EEL.

He wasn't but it's irrelevant as the points were already lost. Have you got any examples where he's directly led to us losing points?

Send Scoogs out on loan he needs regular game time. He's down the pecking order now.

Duffy slows play down.Coutts plays it quickly one or two touches at most. May not always be forwards but he never slows play down.
I agree that Duffy holds on to the ball far too long but he's constantly trying to create. He loses the ball a lot too but he's one of a very a very few at the club house looks to beat a man.
Coutts might release the ball quickly but that doesn't mean he doesn't slow the play down. A class little cruyff turn and a pointless sideways pass can break up momentum and lose tempo just as much as holding on to it for too long.
Fleck has little bursts, mixes passes up, has a change of pace. Coutts is so slow and methodical in what he does.
Like I said he's a tidy footballer but we need more.

Coutts?! Bloody hell, this three game blip has really gone to people's heads.
I have to agree. Although Im thrilled by Coutts form this season, the way he moves the ball around is great when we're probing for an opener. But when we're chasing the game, we are at our best playing at a higher tempo. It is quite noticeable when have a head of steam and a bit of momentum going forward. He does tend to slow things down and switch play at the wrong time.

Future captain? Don't make me laugh. He's garbage.

JOC is not the problem and I thought had a good game, winning every header. The issue is that we try to play a high line and high pressure but when the top half of the pitch isn't pressing teams get to cause us real problems. Our midfield has dropped 10 yards starting at bury so you can see why wilder brought in carruthers and O'Shea. Don't press don't play

JOC, are you serious ? Future captain and mainstay of the team....no comment on the Scottish stick instinct ???????
I've said the same to some of my mates... he stays long enough he'll be club captain.

Unless he has a couple of bad games and the kop start booing him.

Please tell me this is a wind up and is actually 'ironic'?

Pommpey / Barney

Would a sale of McNulty / Scougal / Long / Clarke show a 'lack of investment' and be another example of McCabe ripping us off?

We need to know now, so that you don't pop up in a few weeks with the usual broken record rubbish.
