Lads, I've got a season ticket, but won't be there much as I'm working in Abu Dhabi (much nicer than Baghdad). You will have to sit next to my Dad and all my kids, and it will be free some games, when I don't get back.

I do feel sorry for those who missed the deadline or aren’t as obsessed with United as most of us to understand that there might be none going on general sale- it’s not happened before in 125 plus years has it?
After all these are, in the main, folk we should be encouraging.
Many season ticket holders don’t attend all games and either lend their ticket ( not strictly allowed) or, like those in front of us, often leave them empty.
I wonder if somehow a pool could be arranged? You let the club know when you can’t use yr ticket and they pass it on. Maybe charge a fee and pass some back to the ticket holder.
I for one have promised to take my cousin’s lad to his first game when we play Arsenal (his dad is a gooner) but I don’t know how I’ll get a ticket.

I sometimes go and do other stuff, like horse racing, concerts and stuff, been off to see rangers, that kind of thing.

sometimes stand at the back and leave my seats empty but I'm still at the game, the bloke who sits behind me seems amazed when I turn up at all in my seat, but this season he will see a lot more of me because there's no space at the back to stand and I'll be using holiday days I've saved for night matches, boys just left school so we can now have late nights cause there's no more school nights, different for everybody the reason they are empty some days..

I have a few mates who I'll be leaving in the pub on match days as they've not bought them so your idea is great.

When we are live on super Sunday, the temptation to stop out on london road with the ticketless will be hard to resist as well, I've a feeling the pubs might gather a few more customers those days..
