I understand you fancied some sort of argument or confrontation today, but unfortunately, I'm a happy soul today, and if you fail to see that this was a humorous thread, meant for light hearted replies, and not for the odd cantankerous individual to blow out of proportion, then that isn't my problem
Obviously everyone has a different sense of humour, but trying to turn such things into finger pointing exercise or trying to provoke an argument isn't what's needed really.

Let me attempt to throw some light on this. In no way do I seek to wish to 'correct' anyone's ideas about what's right, good, or acceptable, there's enough room in general chat for that to be addressed. But when there's a clear and undiluted attempt at doing something, then to have it backed up with a faux expression of surprise and resentment, well then you have to clearly point out that no matter what a poster says, there's an indisputable fact, of their creation, whose roots belong in the comic netherlands of the Light Programme (and for anyone unaware or unsure, that's the BBC before commercial radio got a grip on the attention spans of the listening public.

I've read through all the messages and I can't see there's a need for what's happened although I'm not one for posting pics of lasses (or men) for people to look at but that's because of my personal faith (as a Chsistian) that I try to ignore photos of lasses for perving! However, I think since this is a forum that people of all different walks of life and education will see things very differently to each another and what one considers light hearted the other might not or from a passing comment from one poster about someones sexual preference, which is a subject definitely best avoided on a football forum! That's not having a go at you or Big Bed.

In view of that I think that we need to respect those differences, or unless its something that a moderator should be dealing with.

I've said all I want to say mate but this is the problem with forums. Arguments happen that would never happen in person but because we're all behind a computer and its difficult to read someones tone, or people have different views but express themselves differently then arguments happen. As I said we just need a signing, or at least the World Cup is coming! I can't wait to be pissed off with England!
