Need to start looking over our shoulders now the Wendy are picking up points for fun!!!!

Goal....but not a penalty...never in this world! Cheating Gayle twat face!

Fook me Bristol city get last minute penalty!

Wendy nights a must win , west brom still losing tho !

The referee that gave that penalty wants fucking with the blunt end of a ragmans trumpet

Never a penalty, it should have been a foul to QPR

The Bristol player pushed the ball too far and the QPR player gets his body between him and the ball, the Bristol player then flies straight through the back of QPR player, and the cheat gives it.

West Brom just got a very dubious penalty as I speak to make it 2--2

Then he doesn't give a nailed on penalty for Forest down the other end. A Jon Moss masterclass.

Back to back 0-0 victories for the Pigs against 20th and 22nd in the division. The promotion push is under way. Be afraid, be very afraid (of splitting your sides laughing at the deluded twats)

I don't like Forest and a draw for them v WBA suits me fine, but fuk me sideways, that last minute penalty for West Brom s an absolute disgrace. It's a clear dive, cheating, plain and simple. I can only hope that the ref has made a very bad decision, but itnwas that bad, you do sometimes wonder why he might have given it...(and then not given a clearer penalty shout for the Trees 2 mins later)

As for the Bristol v QPR penalty...If I was a QPR fan / player I would be fkin raging tonight. That was another disgrace of a decision. Think a few QPR players were carded after the final whistle and j can sympathise with them tbh. Disgusting decisions.

Kin hell we really have got to learn to WIN football games , we have a fantastic team with a fantastic manager but we need to learn how to finish the game off I just hope at the end of the season we are not regretting games like the other night , but when your 0 3 up with 10 mins to go you should win !!
Personally I do think it will cost us st the end of the season if we carry on throwing games away when they have worked so hard it could cost us a play off place never mind the automatic promotion!.
Got to win tomorrow now !

Wednesday haven't scored more than once in a game since the 8th of December. Thirteen fucking games.

It won’t improve under Bruce.

He’s known for being a pragmatic Mourinhoesque style manager.
He should make them defensively organised but entertainment will be low
Lot’s of boring 0-0, 1-0, 1-1 and occasional 2-1’s making them a solid mid table team.

Fortunately we have loads of games left and chances to get over the Villa game.
Some people make the misjudgement that, if we fail to reach the auto’s by 1 point, then blame the Villa game
But it doesn’t work like that.

In fact the big test of character conceding those 3 late goals against Villa might end up making the players stronger and better as a team. The loss of 2 points could be the reason we gain promotion because we’ve got plenty of opportunity to bounce back.

Just seen the games.

Bristol’s last minute penalty was very soft, Bristol had a goal rightly disallowed just before, so the ref must have felt under pressure to give the pen and the West Brom penalty was a joke, he expected a challenge but there was no contact and a clear dive forward.

No big deal though, if we’re a genuine promotion team then we should get at least 4 points when we play those two.
It’s still in our hands and all to play for.

Seriously though, did anyone watch the Wednesday game? Oh my god, we are so far ahead in terms of everything it’s quite embarrassing. I watched in between the champions league, so caught quite a bit.... wow.

Funniest bit is: remember when they were all over Jos because he made them ‘hard to beat’ after all those 0-0 results st the beginning of his tenure..... history is repeating itself!
I managed 15 minutes of each half because the WBA v Forest game was a 8pm kick off.

The Pigs are so shite they made my eyes sting. They absolutely REEK.

They are atrocious. If we don't thrash them then that's because they will have played out of their skin..... and out of character.

They won't be selling much of that 1867 shite when really kicks in and they reallise they'd have been better off with Carlos.

Can see Wendy getting worse year on year if they lose their 'Star Players' next year :D:D:D

Bristol City could be a decent bet for the top two if they continue as they as are.

They seem to be hitting the right blend of good play and luck at the right time e.g. the soft pen in the 93rd minute tonight.

not surprised i remember watching the reverse fixture & watching millwall play Wednesday was terrible then. it was like watching football in slow motion. we should win the derby but local derbies are a lottery & also it predicates that Wednesday will attack which they haven't done in 18 months. it been so long Grayson & slutsky were still managing Sunderland & Hull

good not great result for us for west brom drawing. still must win to be 4 clear. which i think i we will, as out of the promotion rivals they are ones i feel can rule out. & also bolton what a strange record won their 1st 2 away games this season & yet today is the 1st win since then 18th august

Went to brizzol game tonight. Both teams atrocious first half. Crowd on at ref all game and was always going to give that pen in last minute to make it all better. QPR were awful. Maclaren had to be led away from ref on pitch by security at end and I think one of there’s got a red for having a go at ref too. Looked very soft. Bristol getting results at moment but our football is a country mile better in terms of entertainment.

If we beat Boro tomorrow night (and I think we will) then it begins to look like us Norwich and Leeds for the top 2. Obviously a lot can change yet with 40+ points to play for, but at this stage of the season it comes down to form, fitness, squad strength and momentum. Oh.. and goal difference. (And luck!).

We’ve got most of those!

I think Norwich are the strongest of the top 6. They’ve got very good players and play good football. I think they’ll go up. I think it will be between us and Leeds for second spot.

Really hoping for a raucous atmosphere and a sound beating of Boro tomorrow to get others on here in the same positive mood?

Really glad WBA didn't win. All teams are slipping up at times - except Bristol City of course, but Hull's run ended recently and theirs will too. A four-point gap now below the top seven.

A win is probably needed v Boro for us not to lose more ground on the top two. Can't see Leeds doing anything other than beating Swansea at home, though Preston may test Norwich.

I’ll go for a Swansea win and a Preston draw.

They're doing well, but have a tough run in.

This season's Fulham maybe.

Lose tomorrow night and we're potentially one game away from dropping out of the play offs.

By hook or by crook other teams find ways to squeeze points out of losing positions very late in games.
