Tommy Smith & JJ O'Toole..?

Anyone know what's happening with these two? I presume O'Toole is still out injured so we may be delaying things until he's fit again. Smith was in Watfords team today so I can only imagine that he's definitely turned us down. Shame really as I've always liked him but if he doesn't want to come, let him fester at mighty Watford then.
