Looks like Wolves are going to offload him, not even on the bench yesterday. Might be a good addition for us depending on who departs at the end of the season.
Still young and fitted in well whilst on loan with us, plus I cannot see him commanding a huge fee.

Is he any better than Peck/Arblaster?

Arblaster and Doyle would be powerful with goals in their locker. What we don't know at this stage is the impact the ACL will have on Arblaster moving forward

Wouldn’t be difficult to out score Peck though. Only part of his game that is lacking. However it seems Doyle has only scored once in two years for Wolves.

As good as Peck is unfortunately the lad just cannot strike a ball. (You watch he’ll score a rocket today now I’ve wrote this)

If the finances make sense, then we would be daft not to bring him in to compliment what we already have in there. When the opportunity comes along to bring in a quality player (at the right price) and without it being at the detriment of other positions then you take it. That said, no idea on our financial position this summer and what the club can look to do, so it's I'll leave that to the club employees. Doyle would be a good addition though.

Wages is the supposed challenge with Tommy. Won't take a cut in wages on any perm move. Unsure if there's been any chat about a loan. IIRC wasn't wages the issue that stopped us buying him in the summer, before he ultimately went to Wolves?

Yes, he wouldn’t accept a wage reduction on relegation.
