Seriously though, I'm not sure if this is a barmy idea or what, but he seems to be doing it for the right reasons, and for a good cause, but I hope his main focus is on being fit and ready for next season!

If there’s not already a big player already doing it I can see it being quite lucrative. Becoming B-Corp registered should be his next aim.

Agreed it seems he started this when injured and he needed something to do to stop him slipping into a worse mental health crisis.

Full marks to him, footballers train for a relatively short period of time per day and it's much better to be using his time building a business venture than being 'in the bookies' or on PlayStation, to use just 2 clichés!

Another alternative might be to use a metal spoon so you don't have to keep cutting trees down to make chopsticks.

He seems a good, socially-conscious lad. Can’t knock him for keeping interests outside of football. It’s not like he’s down at the factory grafting 9-5, it’s an investment and a part-time role, so I’ve no issue with it.
