Just a little rumour that I've heard. We are supposed to have highlighted him as a possible recruit this pre season. Hes out of contract at Cardiff, done really well last season on loan at the Millers (won their player of season apparently), and wants to stay local to this area but....wants to stay in the championship. Box to box type middie and a big lad and only 25 I think.

Nothing formal yet but definate interest from sufc.

For what it's worth, think he would fit the profile of player we should be looking at, so I wouldn't be against this one.

Ricky Holmes another being seriously considered but any transfer fee might be too prohibitive and CW thinks there may be better other options out there.

Interesting few weeks about to start though.

The Millers I know speak very highly of him. Played well for them despite being in a desperate side and has played in the Championship for the last 3-4 years.

It's a yes from me.

Wouldn't be a surprise as we wanted him last August from Cardiff along with Moore.

Probably the right sort to look at in midfield - different to what we've got, athletic, but wouldn't necessarily be an automatic pick.

Think we're quite likely to sign him or Morsy.

Think we could get better value than Ricky Holmes.

Nearly signed when we bought Simon Moore in Aug.

Opted for Championship football, so can`t see him staying at Rotherham now.
