I was and I have been. It felt a bit muted for me also, as I said elsewhere it had the feel of a friendly for City. Seemed (from my perspective) that both teams had an eye on other things. Couldn’t hear a chirp from City fans apart from briefly after a couple of their goals. Blades fans did their best in the situation.

Watching on TV it didn't have the feel of a cup semi final but hard to explain why

I've always been an advocate of keeping Wembley for the final only, but that's just a personal view that won't likely happen in future.

"Entitlement" and "sense of entitlement" have two slightly different meanings which can be a bit confusing when the second meaning is intended but the words "sense of" are omitted.
 
I've left plently of England friendlies early from Wembley. Ball ache getting back from. I don't blame anyone doing so I don't know there travel arrangements. Door to door it's a hour and a half for me and I can literally see it from half a mile away! ( If I went 30 foot in the air I could see it from home!)

I was in the safe standing behind the goal and didn’t notice anyone leaving, but it’s not a great vantage point to be observing the whole hemisphere of blades
 
There's some disrespect being shown within this thread and one or two expletives being used - one expletive that got me a month's ban (harshly I felt). In the name of social justice, can I assume that there will be one or two banning orders handed out here? 🤔

It was a strange one, possibly the fact City put out such a strong side within 1 or 2 players within the city squad is the whole transfer fees paid in our squad combined! Wembley for me has definitely lost the novelty but again difficult to say why particularly today maybe disbelief at such a good week with the league results and we were going into today as massive under dogs with no pressure which hasn't happened before. Even the game against Hull although there was a gap then we still had a slight belief we could do something and we did play well today under the circumstances.
