Looks like we've taken out two loans in the last few days?
Wonder why that is? Why not just one larger loan?
Wtf?

Anyway, throwing the fags away now.
It isn’t. SUFC have taken out the loans not SU Limited which is the McCabe company that owns the ground.Loans took out by McCabe on the property side not the football side of things ,will be financing for the new flats and commercial units ,standard practice in that sector .
The article is correct and you won’t find any High Street bank lending to a football club now because they mainly lose buckets of money with high risk of default.https://footballeconomyv2.blogspot.co.uk/2017/12/are-blades-borrowing-for-transfers.html
Not being a financial expert, what reason's could there be for not being able to borrow from a commercial bank and is this something to be concerned about?
(The above is assuming the article is correct)

Quite right, just ask the Cooperative Bank about their experience of lending to football clubs.
Could be that the two owners aren't getting on, both are refusing to put any more money in as a result and therefore they've had to go to an unusual bank for dosh.
While it's interesting to hear about intermediaries putting in vague bids for Brooks, it would be a lot more interesting for the Star to report on what's going on behind the scenes.

I think it's more likely to be a case of construction work scheduled to start in the spring as we head into 1974 againCould this be a case of why buy a player for cash when you can lease him. I imagine there are tax benefits
Got a degree in it mateMy advice to you would be take some sort of financial studies up and then we won’t have to read an uninformed and uneducated post like this again.
I’m not debating whether or not McCabe can afford it with the current finances , just saying if he doesn’t have a pot to pee in maybe he should find someone who can . Barnsley have just been took over by a billionaire Christ sakeGot a degree in it mate

Like talking to a bunch of 5 year olds on here, merely suggesting if McCabe and the prince are skint find someone who isn’t
It's that easy ain't it,rich billionaires are falling over themselves to buy out our co owners.
You come across as a simpleton, unable to grasp the fact that at this present time, there is no sugar daddy waiting in the wings
