Can’t be arsed with the lack of nous against a pretty basic set up these days. It doesn’t require Guardiola levels of ability to figure how to break down a low block, but Wilder makes it look like playing a prime Barcelona.Don't forget, Wilder has saved us from certain relegation. Deserves another crack next year for me.
It’s not happening though is it, so if that’s what you want prepare to be disappointed, do you really think they would gamble with sacking him after what happened last summer?.It's time to start preparing for next season. Get rid of Wilder and bring in the next manager asap so they can have a good look at the players we currently have before deciding what they need in the summer.
If they have any ambition then yes. Sacking him was the correct decision, they didn't get the next appointment correct but hopefully they've learnt from that and will make a better choice next time. It’s not happening though is it, so if that’s what you want prepare to be disappointed, do you really think they would gamble with sacking him after what happened last summer?.
They won’t sack him this season zero chance of it happening. If they have any ambition then yes. Sacking him was the correct decision, they didn't get the next appointment correct but hopefully they've learnt from that and will make a better choice next time.
I’d argue and say appointing Selles wasn’t necessarily wrong, sacking Wilder and setting Selles on with zero help around him were. If you’re setting on a head coach, you need a backroom team around them to support in things a standard manager does.1st thing is bring in a DoF, clearly the owners accept they know nowt, but that doesn’t mean we have to be stuck with CW.
Then get someone with a bit of nous and ambition - Mousino from Portsmouth for me
Sacking wilder wasn’t wrong, just appointing Selles was.

I think I’m right in saying that hardly any clubs have recovered to stay up after the terrible start we had. Think Wilder has done a great job overall - given the complete he inherited.Same old Wilder haters over and over again, his remit THIS time was keep us up. He’s done it, owners have already stated he’s staying (thank God).
From where we were when he picked up the reins he’s done a fantastic job.
The 20 that hate him on here, absolutely love a short term fail, I can here the keys clattering as I leave the ground but sorry lads suck it up he’s here next year and the vast majority couldn’t be happier.
Are we really pretending Wilder hasn't done a good job this season?
Would be a great move if he could do it, but I’m not sure he could let go enoughOur DoF is already at club, CW
He should be capable of finding a suitable coach and assistant.
Knilly needs putting out to grass
Yes he did a good job to keep us up, but he seemingly does not have a clue how to make the best of the resources which have been made available to him. Some opposition teams are there to be beaten yet his choice of personnel and tactics mean that we start the relevant matches with one hand tied behind our back. Attack teams at the bottom of the table, show them no respect, be professional, nothing much to ask but today in the first half we had 74% possession and no shots on target, instead we play keep ball in our own half. Tactically we seem clueless and rely on individual ability to create chances, other than one overload down our right hand side. We throw points away as we are not professional enough.Same old Wilder haters over and over again, his remit THIS time was keep us up. Obviously understand your viewpoint - but the team today was more than good enough to see off WBA but unfortunately only players that fired today were Davies Bindon Jairo and O Hare when 7 have a mediocre game I’m not sure bullet goes at Wilder.Yes he did a good job to keep us up, but he seemingly does not have a clue how to make the best of the resources which have been made available to him. He picked the team having seen them in training all week, they played with his tactics, West Brom were shite yet could have beaten usObviously understand your viewpoint - but the team today was more than good enough to see off WBA but unfortunately only players that fired today were Davies Bindon Jairo and O Hare when 7 have a mediocre game I’m not sure bullet goes at Wilder.
Nobody is saying he hasn’t done a good job of getting us safe this season. But we’re also saying he isn’t the future if we want progression. Are we really pretending Wilder hasn't done a good job this season?
Billy’s not ready for the job yet. Get him in the back room staff for a few yearsIt's time to start preparing for next season. Get rid of Wilder and bring in the next manager asap so they can have a good look at the players we currently have before deciding what they need in the summer.
No, that isn’t what I mean at all. The fact some of our fans can’t look beyond former players/managers for options for the next manager is quite frankly embarrassing.Billy’s not ready for the job yet. Get him in the back room staff for a few years
Presume that’s what you mean about next manager
Oh. Who you suggesting then. Thought that’s what you were after. No, that isn’t what I mean at all. The fact some of our fans can’t look beyond former players/managers for options for the next manager is quite frankly embarrassing.
Genuinely unsure why so many fans want Sharp back in any role, what’s he done to show that he’d be a good coach/manager? (Other than putting his name on a coaching club for little kids)
You really do lack the intelligence to think beyond previous managers don’t you? Embarrassing.Shall we get a young Spanish manager in that plays a different way with little to no experience of championship football?
