Doesn't change anything for this weekends game, but how come Leeds Utd have virtually twice as many tickets when they visit Hillsborough? And tickets for Leeds fans are cheaper!

Wednesday aren't that petty, surely? Are they genuinely that worried that they give us less tickets and then hide behind the Healthy and Safety card?

To be fair the demand for home tickets won't be as much as the derby, so it'd just be empty if not

I think you'll find Leeds won't be allocating many more.

Leeds' argument is always that they can't physically give any more with their away end.

Is that already agreed though?

Even pettier if true!

Yeah, as far as I know. Pretty certain they said the upper tier was off limits to away fans this year, otherwise Derby would have had it.

Surprised they want both sets of supporters entering via Bramall Lane. Surely better to give them all of BL end?
both sets on supporters will be entering via Leppings Lane on Sunday.

Why would we give Wednesday all that end when we will sell the upper tier with our own fans ?

Both clubs should agree to give their entire away end over. It's traditionally been that way and adds to the spectacle. All this tit for tat bollocks just lessens the occasion and let's face it, the Steel City Derby registers nationally as a big game. Steps should be taken to preserve that.

Just as surprising as the bottom tier being open to them on Sunday. Can't wait to see how they try and manage that!

Currently the answer is a bit of netting and 2 wheelie bins. Walked past it Saturday as glad I don't have to get out of there on Sunday.

It's created even bigger bottle neck than it is anyway with 2 sets of pigs exiting either side of Blades.

The last time we played the pigs in L1 we gave them the upper tier. The front rows were empty, the Westfield corner was empty and the remainder was alternate rows blocked off. The result was 1500 fans in a stand holding 4500. Utter bollocks.

Agreed. Just give each other the whole away end.

I'm quite sure that SYP will have thought this one through. By Sunday they will have a ring of Steel installed with hell fire missiles trained onto Blades supporters so that the piggy twats are protected from the Sheff Utd Animals

We limit away clubs to 2,300 because of the retards at SYP/SAG.

Entirely predictable that this was going to cost our own fans tickets for away games as those clubs reciprocate.

So big thanks to them, as ever.

Club decision not to have upper for away fans. Nothing to do with SAG or SYP

But if it wasn't for them we'd be able to give away clubs 2,900 in the lower tier.

And I bet they wouldn't allow home and away fans on the upper tier, at least without a huge amount of segregation.

2900 would be all Bramall Lane and Westfield lower. Front row not used since Port Vale so never going to be max. Home and away on upper would not happen unless concourse was segregated like Chesterfield last season but exit sizes the issue here.
