ticket confusion

I went to the sheffield united box office today around 1, and asked for a under 18's ticket for the away trip to charlton, then i was told that the only £10 ticket there is, is a under 16's one and a under 21 ticket is £15.

as I got home today and check the site it says that a UNDER 18 TICKET IS £15.

can anyone please tell me if they have had this problem? it is a premiership club and you'd think a simple mistake like this would not happen...

A quick look at the ticket info on Charlton's site does indeed suggest that under 18 tickets are £10.

All I can suggest is that you politely ask them to rectify their mistake and put it down to experience.

Take it from me, it's difficult dealing with the public all the time and errors can slip in.

Indeed THIS info from the lane says under 18 tickets should be a tenner. You should have no problems sorting it out.
