I see that we've done West Ham a favour, by knocking them out of the League Cup, because if not, they'd have been drawn against yet ANOTHER club that they've fallen out with.

Just to be pendantic they would not have be drawn against Orient as they would have had a different number in the draw.

If you want to go even further,anything could have happened in that draw if West Ham was in it,or if they did a re-draw as it was a shambles yet again.They said a different team name to the one that actually got drawn out,utter shambles.

I think this is the first time I've anticipated a League Cup draw. With the way the Competition is opening up (albeit the really big sides are yet to play) there's a real chance for a League 1 club or two to go far. Chances are it'll be Orient, like...

As I wandered down Green Street on Tuesday towards the ground I did not see one eel stall or a pie & mash shop, just Turkish kebab shops, one after the other. Crap.

Keen to immerse myself in the Cockney way I had been thinking about a bowl of eels all afternoon, with vinegar and white pepper on top.

Tastes better than it looks. Trust me.
