Not one of those could’ve physically given anymore, I’ll have missed a few others but those are the ones that stood out for me for giving 100% in every game.

For me , after 60 years following United, then for me it's Billy Whitehurst. Always gave the opposition absolute hell.
We all loved Billy ... but we loved him just as much for what he did when he wasn't playing as when he was playing... a proper centre forward ... but he only played about 20 games for us ... we saw him more in his pub after he stopped lol .... Everyone DID love Billy though

Surely you can’t be serious about Jamie Hoyland .

His father Tommy yes by any standards but Jamie , who regularly disappeared into what at the time was known as ‘Hoyland’s Oyle ‘ does not even come close to matching the criteria imo .

David holdsworth refused to play for us until we agreed to let him go.
Hardly a 100% Blade

In my very short 20 years of supporting us, as compared to most of you old buggers.

The obviously choice would be Sharp or Chris Morgan.

I would throw out Brayford (loan period) as a curveball though. Going down to Wembley with 90% of people wearing his face on a mask, looking back on it, was very at the moment decision. I was on a minibus down and Gemma Atkinson was in a service station and refused to get a picture with about 60 people wearing Brayford masks

Don't think you can argue he gave it his all after he got signed fully though....

Why has nobody mentioned two of the greatest players ever to pull on the sacred Red & White Shirt? Hagan and Curry.

Surprised to see no one has mentioned my favourite player when I started supporting the Blades, Tony Kenworthy.

Last few years have given us a few but Basham is the one that sticks out for me. Dramatically improved his game when Wilder came in and became, quite rightly, a legend, winning the player of the year in the first Prem season.

I'd also add McGoldrick too. We took him to our hearts and he took us to his. Genuinely one of the best footballers I've seen play for us in terms of technique and skill.

Couple of others, Hatton who still managed to score goals in a very poor side and Mike Trusson from that era, maybe Paul Garner too.
I also liked Peter Beagrie, who although could frustrate at times, still always got stuck in (and got sent off) despite being ostensibly a winger.

Glenn Cockerill.

Class player who gave absolutely everything in a shit team.

Last season's shit team should have been made to watch videos of him to see what's required when your team is out of it's depth.
When he scored the winner for Southampton at the Swill, he said "That's for all Blades everywhere"
